The Eaton will change your mind on how you see beach vacationing! This fully furnished three bedroom two bath home offers two king beds, one full over full bunk bed and two queen sleeper sofas allowing it to sleep 12 Max. At 1800 sq. ft there is plenty of room for the entire family to enjoy the tropical inspired décor. Gather in the completely outfitted kitchen for family dinners and relax in the oversized bath tub or walk-in shower. Other home-away-from-home bonuses include free wireless internet, TVs in each room, covered front porch, washer and dryer, fireplace with bookcase, original hardwood floors and additional sunroom.

Located on 34th Street in the Virginia Beach Oceanfront District we are a three-minute walk to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and much more.

The mindset and goal in developing this community was to offer a comfortable tropical beach themed setting with attention to detail and providing the ultimate in upscale vacation rentals. With 17 homes available, each one has been completely renovated to make your stay welcoming and enjoyable. We provide linens and towels for your visit.

Thanksgiving stay
We had a wonderful time visiting Virginia Beach and family during Thanksgiving. The Christmas lights on the beach were beautiful and a post-meal walk on the beach was perfect. We walked to breakfast and enjoyed visiting the Lighthouse, Williamsburg and Jamestown during our trip.

Loved the location and the property met all our needs. Unfortunately our daughter got stuck in the bedroom due to an improperly installed lock but the manager responded promptly. Will be back.

Cute cottage, perfect location
This cottage appears to be a work in progress with several other cottages surrounding it. The place was perfect with a few minor flaws or inconveniences. The bathrooms are gorgeous, the kitchen was spacious, the beds including the pull out couches were amazing, and there is plenty of space. Better than expected for sure!!!! Suggestions for the host; when cleaning-check all the light bulbs as there were several out as we found throughout our stay, we lost warm water several times but we were a large group, the back doors were difficult to close and lock properly, and lastly- the sprinkler system when it goes off at 3am........sprays directly on the porch and hits the front window.

Needs attention
The house is super cute and close to the beach, but it’s missing some amenities. No bath mats, no dish towels, no laundry soap, dish soap or hand soap, only a dirty sponge to clean dishes with. The kitchen has only very basic necessities. The beds were comfortable but my cousin slept in the bunk bed room and woke up with 33 itchy bites and found bed bugs under her pillow. It was pretty dirty under the bed, like they forgot to sweep under there. No one else got bit, so we just stayed out of that room for the last day of our trip. Unfortunately we now have to bug bomb our personal items to make sure we don’t take bed bugs home. 😔 On our last night the water heater stopped working but they were quick to send a maintenance guy over. Like I said, really cute house, I loved the decor-but next time I’ll stay elsewhere.
