"Came for a work and sightseeing trip. What a gem of a place. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Artem at the front desk. He gave great recommendations and lots of helpful information. The housekeeping staff kept our hotel room clean and came every day. Very comfortable bed and large room which we appreciated for a 6 night stay. The breakfast was fantastic with so many choices. The location was absolutely perfect and so close to everything. We were a short walk to the Old Town square and many restaurants, shops, and anything you could want. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and if we return to Prague again, we would definitely stay there. "

"Pleasantly surprised by the Mama Shelter Prague! I've stayed at a Mama Shelter property elsewhere before so I knew what to expect but the check-in staff, particularly Katie, were wonderful. Check in and out were easy, my room was ready with a Hotels.com upgrade that included a bigger room and cookies. "
