Bay Break by Experience Jervis Bay is a fantastic holiday home offering comfortable tiled family living and entertaining areas yet it is only moments away from the beautiful aqua waters of Nelsons Beach.

There is plenty of space in this two storey home featuring the bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom downstairs should you need level entry. The outdoor entertaining area is set up with a ten seater table with a great yard for the kids to play. A large sunny deck extends from the main bedroom.

Not just having the pleasure of strolling over to the beach as you please, The White Sands Walk is also moments away offering nature paths and linking the popular beaches. There are many things to do in Jervis Bay: golfing, swimming, snorkeling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more.

Undercover entertaining area with Gas Barbecue and dining setting to seat 10 plus grassy area for the kids to play.

Linen

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach.

Yearly family trip

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house in Jervis Bay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops, yet tucked away in a quiet street. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient spot to stay!

Vincentia stay

This property has a superb location! 3 mins walk to the beach … and short drive to the shops. Nice big house which easily accommodates 3 families ! Enough space for everyone! The only thing I would like to point out at is the bunk beds in kids bedroom : they are literally falling apart ! Our kids were scared to sleep on them as they were squeaky and shaky. Also kids room is quite small to fit two bunk beds and room gets very hot! Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Roomy house in fantastic location

Great stay, large clean house. Bottom large bunk bed needs new mattress and touchy hot water in ensuite but otherwise perfect. Great location, short walk to beach. Enclosed yard perfectly maintained

Lovely house in great location

A really well setup house with plenty of space for big groups, multiple living areas and a great outdoor area. The kitchen was well provisioned with all the the things you need for cooking etc. Only issue for us was that there was no WiFi and the reception in the area was poor/intermittent - not enough to stream content for the kids. There is a tv and DVD player though. Could really benefit from a dedicated internet connection! The location was amazing, walking distance to lots of amazing beaches, close to the shops a short drive to Huskisson for a night out. Thank you so much, we had a lovely stay!

Excellent - Will be back!

We have been staying in this area of 12 years each Easter. This house has been our favourite! It was incredibly clean, in an excellent location close to both shops and numerous beaches, and easy to arrange through Stayz and have contact with the owner. We will definitely try to be back in this house again!

Fantastic house for a group with kids

Excellent house, we stayed with 3 families with 4 kids under 4 years. The house was clean and well appointed. Linen and towels all provided as well as a well stocked kitchen. Will stay here again

Excellent holiday house and location

Nicely maintained holiday house in a beautiful street a short stroll to Nelsons beach (which also has a great kids playground). Coles is a 3 min drive. Walking distance to some other great beaches along the white sands track. We loved it and would come back every year. Great outdoor area for meals. Nice big kitchen.

Excellent property for family and friend stay..

This property is fabulous and well located in centre of the bay.. very clean and quite surroundings .. found same as online listing.. no surprise.. enjoyed our stay..great for 10+ people..recommended for family and friends stay..Happy to book again soon..

Great property close to the beach

Our stay in Vincentia was an enjoyable one. The house was very clean and had great facilities. It was a short walk to the beach and surrounded by bike tracks which the kids loved. It accommodated 9 of us very comfortably and we would recommend it to others.

Great Birthday weekend celebration

Great property for up to 8 guests. Kitchen and BBQ very good. Quick walk to beach for a swim or coastal walks. Easy comparatively short drives to shops, restaurants etc at Vincentia and Huskisson.

Fantastic beach house

The house is very nice and it’s big enough for our whole family , the outdoor area is really good too, beach are just around the corner , our whole family enjoyed staying to the point that none of us wants to leave yet. I highly recommended this house we definitely be back again.
