The staff in the breakfast hall stood out for their impeccable service. The hotel could to with updating. The room looked worn out. And perhaps having more complimentary water than a 500ml carton for a 2 night stay would have been more generous.

The property was in a great location, unfortunately the staff was not helpful and we ended up getting our property basically stolen. As we prepared for our flight back home we rushed out and forgot a bag in our room, when we realized we had left it behind with some brand new leather boots I instantly called the hotel. The staff kept the bag and denied it being left behind. Therefore I would not trust my belongings at this location .

Amazing location and staff however room was on the small side and there was construction going on in and right outside the hotel which was quite annoying as was quite noisy. Staff were really accommodating and helpful in helping us explore Brussels

The Google reviews for this hotel were really strong but I have to say I wasn’t very impressed. The hotel was dated and looked as if some areas had been abandoned (one elevator looked like it had been ripped out?). The carpet in our room had some weird stains and it didn’t look as if the decor had been refreshed in a long time. I would have preferred to stay in a hotel in Grand Place itself as the location felt a little bit quiet/ empty in January, and there was building work outside which wasn’t very sightly. Our room was also really warm and the air con didn’t seem to work well (even in January when it was sub zero temperatures outside.) we could open the window but it was too noisy outside to sleep.

The location is good but that's about all it has going for it. It's dated but clean. The front desk staff were just ok, but when we asked about the safe not working they never sent anyone. The biggest issue with this hotel is the comfort. The pillows are lumpy, it's facing the city offices so always ppl looking intonyou roo, and the temperature is unbearable. Ac off and it's still gets to 26c at night.

Rooms were spacious. Buffet breakfast was good for the price, which is about what you'll pay for at a restaurant in the area. Close to Metro station, and about 15 min walk to central station. Lots of shopping and eating option around the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location to walk around the old town shops and Christmas markets. The staff were very helpful. The bathroom shower door could use a deep clean in the hinges, but otherwise everything else was clean.

Reception staff were super lovely Rooms are great with good shower etc Hotel is really good. Was a bit confused by the swimming pool. It’s 90cm at the deep end

It was a good stay but the construction in front of the hotel was a little bit disappointing but out of the hotels control.

Wonderful!!! I found the hotel after losing my connecting train and left without any interest from the transportation company. Novotel welcomed us and made the process of reservation and check in immediate. I love the hotel accomadations and breakfast buffet

Fantastic hotel in a great location for seeing Brussels. I didn't know there was a little pool, which the kids loved. Would definitely go here again.
