The building is newly built and extremely well located, with 24/7 concierge service, underground parking and private spa center (at additional cost). The place faces east and southwest, overlooking the spectacular old town views to one side, and stunning sunsets to the other. You will have three en-suite bedrooms with full bathrooms + guest bathroom near the entrance. No parties, no bargaining please.
