WIFI condition is Horrible!
While traveling among different countries, hotel WIFI service is really important for the travelers. Unfortunately, Cerise hotel didn't provide an average level WIFI service, actually, it is horrible. By the way, there is no self-laundry facility available, pretty inconvenient.

Nice Hotel to stay

Canadians like the hotel Source!
Nice hotel room for a family of four. One large bed, and two smaller ones for the children. The breakfast is buffet is simple, but very tasty, offering breads pastries, meats and cheeses. There is even a small station where you can boil your own hard boiled eggs. The black forest style ham they had was very good. The breakfast is also all you can eat. The vending machine in the lobby offers many snacks and drinks, as well as canned beer! We arrived late and the hotel was closed. you push a button at the front door and they buzz you in, then you walk up to room where your key is waiting for you inside your room.

Good location and value, recommended
We went for the basins and enjoyed the pool for s couple days. This hotel was ideally located for all we needed. In fact, we would gladly return and stay longer. Good value

Perfect stopover for the Alps
Have stayed before and have always found that it suits our needs perfectly. The hotel does not have a proper restaurant but there are local ones to enjoy. A couple of bulbs were out on arrival but changed immediately when mentioned.

Convenient hotel close to town centre
We stayed 3 night in a studio room with city view (overlooking the hospital grounds). The weather was warm (27c-32c depending on which temp. recording in the main street) and our room was on the eastern side (cooler in the summer during the afternoon, than on the park side) as there is no airconditioning and if balcony doors left open in the evening you may get mosquito in your room, as we did. Refurbished pleaseantly decorated room, supplied with a small kitchen (small refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee machine), suitable for making or heating meals. Wooden floorboard great to look at though noisey to walk on due to the slight movement. Free wifi sometimes worked, sometimes it did not, sometimes it was very quick, but most times it was slow. Excellent shower and bathroom facitities. Hotel staff were pleasant but only the odd staff member spoke a little english. I had to request if we could get the room cleaned, having returned early afternoon, with the cleaner having finished our floor. A sign had been left on our door, along with the room across the corridor also requesting cleaning. Both the entrance and carparking are at the rear of the hotel overlook ing the park and spa. Short walk into the town centre, which had a helpful tourist information centre with bi-lingual staff.

Ideal place to stay on way- or back - from the Alps. Very well situated hotel offering large studio apartments at really good price. Pet friendly. Overlooks park and spa.

Good value, high standard hotel.
This was the best value room we used for an overnight stop on our way back from Italy. Staff were charming and efficient, room spacious and recently refurbished, lovely view over park. Breakfast at reasonable additional cost. I have marked the hotel highly because they did a great job at good value and deserve to succeed. Bed comfortable, kitchen facilities in room. A few small snags - the fridge is a little noisy, the floors creak a bit (although they are well finished for bare feet), hotel locked with no overnight reception staff (room key opened the front door) and the parking is actually just outside next to the park. I was concerned about groups of youths wandering past on the Friday night, seemingly the worse for drink/drugs. The town itself is interesting - an easy wander to the main street, historic spa in the park opposite has been refurbished, a good restaurant just past the spa, and ancient relics. The town has great potential, just right for a short stop, but is not yet making the most of what it has and the some of the youth seem ill at ease with their lot. Great value though - in food, local bars and interesting attractions. Helpful tourist info centre.

Très déçus car si nous avions pris la voiture électrique pas de borne de recharge alors que dans notre recherche référencé en possédant. Pas de parking sécurisé; Des oublis dans hygiène pas de savon pas de gel la COVID étant actualité étonnant de ne pas avoir de mesures de sécurité pour les clients. Autres des sachets de thé et de café très bien mais pas de sucre. fréquentant les hôtels je le classe en médiocre vu le prix j'ai effectué des nuitées dans des hôtels classiques qui n'ont pas à rougir car leurs prestations et top et professionnels

Alles OK. Preiswert!
Sehr nette Angestellte, schönes, großes Zimmer, Frühstück ok. (leider nicht so reichhaltig wie in den anderen Rezesionen beschrieben, aber das hing vermutlich mit der geringen Auslastung des Hotels zusammen). Ausreichend Parkplätze. Aber die Angestellten sprechen ausschließlich Französisch. Man sollte also ein bisschen Französisch können, um den Aufenthalt zu genießen.

Hotel très confortable, très propre, chambre spacieuse. MAIS internet dans la chambre desastreux. Plusieurs reseaux disponibles, tous très faibles, je les ai tous essayé, rien: la connection continuait à tomber, pages ne s'ouvraient pas et restaient en chargement.... Pour pouvoir travailler, au moins l'indispensable, j'ai du utiliser mon telephone portable comme hotspot pour l'ordinateur. Aujourd'hui ca n'est pas admissible.

Hôtel Les sources on s'y ressource.
Hôtel très propre, calme et décoré avec gout proche des thermes et de son parc. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Petit déjeuner très correct. Je conseille cet hôtel bien situé ,proche du centre ville.

Les chambres sont des studios, spacieux, bien équipés et confortables. Mais si vous réservez avec Hotels.com vous n'aurez pas droit aux chambres avec vue sur le parc... Ces chambres sont réservées aux clients qui réservent directement auprès de l'hôtel et qui payent un peu plus cher.

seul bemol:trop de bruit cause par des jeunes dans le parc devant, sourtout les nuits (cris,traffic voitures la nuit malgre interdiction(22-6 heures) petards en pleine journee,etc.
