We recently stayed in this hotel and we had the most amazing time. We were upgarded however the bed were twin beds in that room. The next day we requested a change of rooms and Alessandro (apologise if i have gotten your name wring) was really helpful and accommodating. We switched rooms within 3hrs.
The hotel staff were all lovely, from check-in to, cleaning to the dining staff. Tbe breakfast staff all worked so wonderfully together. Tbe breakfast was delicious. This hotle is in a wonderful arena and close to tbe metro stop, which was handy for when we wentvto Bernabeu stadium. I cant wait to book my next holiday to Madrid, so i can stay here again.
