Great place
Fantastic location, super kind hotel staff, spacious, clean and comfortable room. Highly recommended at the given price. The bed is very big and comfortable too :)

Spotlessly clean and friendly hotel.
As soon as we arrived we had excellent customer service from the young man at reception desk on August 16 2021 at 6pm. So well done. Hotel was spotless and our room very comfortable.

Centrally located. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff very personable. Great room at a great price. Possible downside is only street parking, with a lot a few blocks away. We found street parking, though.

Excellent Cuneo hotel
This is an excellent choice for a hotel when in Cuneo, a city that is insufficiently well known outside Italy. The city center has some very interesting public buildings and private palaces, as well as some splendid churches. It also boasts a bevy of excellent restaurants. The Hotel Superga is located amidst this fascinating center, just off (a few meters) the main piazza and within walking distance of all you'll want to see and the places you'll want to eat. The rooms are very quiet, typical in size, with modern fully equipped bathrooms. The breakfast, taken on the top floor, is excellent, with choices for all tastes. The room rates are fair, and include excellent wifi. Finally, the hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming.

rooms are very noisy, you can hear everything from the room next door. the cleaning people shout on the hallways, not good at all.

Best Stay in a Long, European Tour
This might be the best value for elegance, price, location, and modern comforts of what is, by now, already a very extensive European grand tour. There is a spectacular view of the snowcapped Alps from the 3rd-floor breakfast room. It was located right off the Piazza Galimberti and an endless selection of store, restaurants, bars, and cafes. The staff were truly warm and ready to assist. I'll definitely come back as soon as I can.

Great location with excellent staff!
The staff in reception were very kind and helpful when I arrived and continued to go above & beyond even after I checked out. Because my checked bag was delayed, I need to return to the hotel several times to check on the bag. When it was continually delayed, the staff went out of their way to help and spoke to the airline on my behalf to try and clarify the situation. The location is excellent too. Park the car in the secure lot and enjoy Cuneo in a carefree manner. Many excellent restaurants and sites to see nearby.

Holiday away from tourist, small cities.
Cuneo, Piemonte is a small town city, everyone knows each other. Some do not lock bikes! Safe, friendly, nice place to visit. Good food and wine. Many towns within a train ride away.

Cuneo on your doorstep
Close to the main piazza and to the produce market, the hotel is well positioned and easy to find. The staff bend over backwards to be helpful and it's nice to have some hotel parking albeit at a moderate charge. The wifi is free and works okay but sometimes slowly. Breakfast was copious and varied.

Visited Cuneo to see the famous market on Tuesdays. Vegetable market is right opposite the hotel entrance and the street market starts there too. Main situation for the market is the nearby main square and the Vis Roma.

Spent one evening in this hotel. Rapport price/quality was outstanding. Ideally situated in the centre of Cuneo, rooms spotless and large, breakfast copious and varied. Staff more than helpful. More than highly recommend!

Super friendly hotel in centre of Cuneo.
We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay. From the moment we checked in nothing was too much trouble. We were given great advice about parking (the market is just outside the hotel on Tuesday morning) and lots of information about things to do in the surrounding area. The breakfast was fantastic and the bed very comfortable. We will definitely return!

Grand hotel Budapest in the City centre
We stayed in standard rooms and they were comfortable and spacious (except room 219 which was smaller). Our friends stayed in a deluxe type room and it had been freshly upgraded - worth the extra £ for the extra comfort. The staff were very friendly and at hand ready to help. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. A great hotel from which to visit the region and ski in Limone Piemonte.

Friendly traditional hotel in good location
Hotel was perfect for a business trip, good location and 'old fashioned' traditional hotel - with all the modern amenities you need. Don't expect fingerprint recognition to enter the rooms - but you will get a metal key with a nice heavy brass keyring so you don't lose it! Will certainly use them again if i'm in the area

This is an excellent hotel in the middle of Cuneo right off the main piazza. It is quiet, clean, and superbly appointed. Cuneo is off the beaten track for Americans, and the hotel is mainly frequented by Italians and French. We spent our days up in the Maritime Alps -- quite possibly the best kept secret in Italy for anyone who enjoys mountains and the outdoors -- but the evenings in Cuneo at the Superga, with lots of local restaurants, shops and gelaterias was excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good and even included scrambled eggs, which is a nice treat. Rooms opened onto a courtyard away from the street, so very quiet, yet the AC was welcome in August. Highly recommended!

Royal treatment at Superga, Cuneo
This is a great place to stay in Cuneo and just a short cab ride from the train station. The staff extends a warm welcome and their friendliness is contageous! The breakfast room and food is one of the best that I have had in Italy. The central location just off the main square makes it easy to walk down the porticoed streets to several of the great restaurants in the area, or enjoy the shopping in the many small shops. Be sure to go on Market day. My room was spacious and the bath was accomodating. There is a small lift in the hotel. As a single, female traveller, I look for accomodations that combine comfort, location, safety and a warm welcome and Superga fills all those categories. Highly recommend!

ideally located for a visit to Cuneo.
An easy walk from the train station, providing you haven't got heavy luggage. The management and staff were very welcoming and helpful and spoke good English. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. Cereal, cheese yogurts, bread, a variety of cakes, fruit and good coffee. We would definately stay there again. Cuneo is a very interesting town to visit. Plenty of good restaurants, bars and pizzerias.

Nice hotel
The hotel was nice and very quiet. The bathroom was modern and everything worked well. The hotel parking was full when we got there but we parked overnight in a big car park nearby for free. The only issue that we had was that we had to wait for 20 minutes in the morning for a free table for breakfast. I think there was a conference on when we were staying there so a lot of people were all having breakfast at the same time. Overall I thought this was a nice hotel.

A Cuneo Classic
Exceptional services available including free loan of the hotel's DVDs, breakfast room service and free to use internet. The customer care was extremely high as was the room presentation with good views onto the street below. The hotel maintained Cuneo's unique character very well. As a tourist I wouldnt recommend staying in Cuneo more than a couple of nights but certainly worth a visit.
