"The room was nice"

"DO NOT under any circumstances book a room at this hotel. I paid 181 dollars to stay at this hotel for one night on May 9th-10th. The only decent thing was the staff. First problem was the AC. The buttons on the AC terminal weren’t working and you couldn’t set the temp. We told the staff at the front desk and were told that they would send up maintenance but nobody ever came up to check on it. Second problem was the used/opened soap that was in the shower before we even used it. Last problem and by far the worst was after my girlfriend and I woke up in the morning. There were roaches in the kitchen and the shower. For 181 I expected so much better."

"Room was dirty. Had to borrow a broom from front desk, just to sweep the floors. Breakfest was okay nothing special. Propert needs a remodel. We would not stay at this facility again. "
