We booked a superior room.
It was of a poor standard.
Wardrobe furniture was of a poor quality, severely worn, the sink didn't drain (that was addressed) while the safe didn't work.
We were near to the air-conditioning unit for the hotel and it constantly emitted a loud clicking noise.
Bathroom while small, was modern and of a good standard.

Great stay, would definitely go back. Location is perfect for wandering the city. Hotel provided everything you would want and to a very high standard. Roof top bar and restaurant was the perfect way to start and finish your evening.
All staff friendly and helpful.

Beautiful setting, it was well worth having a lakeside room to get the incredible views from the balcony. Convenient location right near the main Limone Centro ferry port. Staff were helpful and corrected an issue with our room quickly. Breakfast options were good, although the scrambled eggs were sometimes not very tasty...Overall a lovely stay and would recommend!

The staff is amazing, we got early check in like 11:00 am without extra cost, they arranged for an airport taxi at 4:00 and then offered a small breakfast while we waited for the taxi.
Proximity to the train station is excellent.
