"The whole experience was flawless. The property is impeccable down the last blade of grass. Absolutely recommend this place for a stay on the lake. The water access is literally out front for easy on and off boating via their dock. If you’re staying here you also get access to the separate beach club area. The rooms are large and elegant in design staff all super friendly and helpful. We will be back. ."

"Cannot beat this hotel in terms of location in Menaggio. It’s directly on the lake so has beautiful views from the lakeside rooms. It’s 3 minutes walk from the ferry and one minute from the main piazza in town (small but charming). It’s a great basic hotel option, nothing fancy but clean and the pool was a nice addition especially during the very hot summer days. It has the potential to be even better given the location but lacks a few big important things such as air conditioning in the hot summer days. (They did get us a fan for the room which helped a bit). Also a few added room/bathroom amenities could definitely take it up a notch (the shower is pretty small) . The restaurant on site is not part of the hotel ownership so things like bringing drinks/food to the pool loungers is not permitted but you can sit at nearby tables just off the pool area. There’s also no room service. But all that said, for the price and location, this is a very good basic hotel option in the area. Staff was helpful. Overall a good experience!"

"Pleasant staff and the hotel and rooms felt quite traditional and nice. Great and large balcony for our ground floor room with incredible views. Nice little pool and great buffet breakfast. If you are coming from the ferry, access is 20 mins walk via steep cobbled streets which was challenging and we (I) had to carry our suitcases as the wheels were in danger of coming off! Decent parking by the look of it but consider a cab if you’re on foot. Over all a very pleasant stay."

"The hotel was in an excellent location with a beautiful lake view with a balcony where you can enjoy having breakfast or.. staff were truly amazing, nice, kind and helpful. We will love to stay there again. But, there is a steep where you need to walk up to the hotel or you can take taxi. From USA, HR"

"The lodging is very nice and very big. The view from the upstairs balcony is fantastic. Well situated just 6 minutes from the ferry, but you need a car. Beds are very comfortable.Only downpoint is the lack of cooking accessories and the breakers jump every time you use 2 appliances at the same time. We never succeeded in using the oven since the breaker would jump every time we turned it on.The renters do supply information on how and where you can turn electricity back on.o"
