There were a few issues with our first room that were not attended at all when we went to the counter the third time they changed our room however, the room was not ready for us after waiting 2 1/2 hours and the remote battery was missing the bathroom had ants all over we had to go back to counter to get outlet extension to be able to conectar our chargers
