Our stay at Vilankulo Beach Lodge was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and always delivered with a smile, making us feel both comfortable and valued throughout our stay. One thing that truly stood out was the sense of safety and peace we experienced. It allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings without a worry, which is priceless when traveling. But what made this experience truly special were the meaningful conversations we had with Angela and Damien. Their kindness, openness, and the time they took to connect with us added a deeply personal touch to our stay. Amazing walk in dunes Dodging fish Snorkelling and picknick on sand bank

Wonderful, restored art deco hotel with standard amenities and wonderful staff. Special thanks to Paolo for all his help in arranging transport to Tofo given the political protests. FYI, the hotel is some distance from the main town and ATMs - perhaps 30 minute walk. But the main boat tour operators to Bazaruto will pick you up on the beach in front of the hotel.
