It has been recently renovated and features a Mallorcan style with a modern touch that makes it very elegant and welcoming. Tourist license number: ETV/7769\. The villa has capacity to accommodate up to 12 people, ideal for large families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy a unique experience in Mallorca. From the house, impressive views of the mountain and the surrounding garden can be appreciated. The property has several amenities and services to satisfy all the needs of its guests. The garden is spacious and well-maintained, with outdoor furniture that invites relaxation and enjoyment of the outdoors. The terrace is an ideal place to have an aperitif while enjoying panoramic views. Outside there is also a barbecue and a griddle for preparing outdoor meals. The private pool is ideal for cooling off on hot days and has sunbeds for sunbathing. Additionally, there is a spacious parking area for 10 cars on the same property. Inside, the villa has a living room with a comfortable sofa, perfect for resting after a day of exploration. There is also a billiards table for those who wish to enjoy a fun game. We made a trip to the finca with 11 people. The Finca is situated alone on a hill and can only be reached on the last meters by a very stony, steep, but drivable way (a HP-technically better equipped rental car can be very helpful here ;-) ) We were welcomed very friendly by Isabel and familiarized with the very good equipment of the Finca. Shopping facilities can be found very well in Manacor, which is about 10 minutes away. Otherwise, the central location on the island is ideal for day trips. Or one spends the days at the pool (light salt water) and have bbq. All in all a really wonderful stay. We'd all like to come back. ##### Christian L.
