"This is a lovely place for a stay by the coast 30/40 km north of Porto. The house is ideal for a holiday - well equipped, clean and with a pool - the sea was fairly cold so having a pool was a 'must' especially if you have children. "The fact the hotel is next to a huge church is amazing. The hotel is located centrally making access easy to all parts of the city. The rooms are all modern even though the building itself is centuries old. The beds are large and firm and the bathrooms are huge with a great shower. We had a balcony that had morning sun to start our day. The included breakfast was quite good with numerous options. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant which all made our stay very enjoyable!"
