With the beach just minutes away, this studio is perfect for couples or individual travelers who want to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the coast, with all the comfort and convenience. The accommodation is located in an area of bars and nightlife venues, perfect for those looking to enjoy the city's nightlife, this space offers convenience and proximity to the main nighttime attractions.

All sheets and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper.

On the day before your stay, we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond to us with the expected time of your arrival. Check-in is done directly at the accommodation from 3:30 PM, but please note that check-in performed between 7 PM and 12 AM has an extra cost of 30€.

At the time of check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise, Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that when checking out, guests pay attention to their belongings, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.
