The location is amazing, the garden wonderful. The house is confortable, very clean, and all rooms have a view on the garden. The beds and pillées are confortable. It would be nice to upgrade/update the equipment and facilities to match the amazing potential of the house (bigger BBQ, more deckchairs, dish-washer a little less old...) The property is nice and spacious, also beautiful from the outside. Perfect garden which is also nice for kids to play. Privacy is less than expected. Maintenance in the house is poor, little worn out. There is also a swimming pool (salt water) and a natural water pond. We could not use the pond for 10 days, because of overgrown of algae. There was unfortunately no solution given by the owner, which we did not appreciate. So, we had a perfect vacation and will return to the Algarve, but not to this property.
