Charming apartment just steps from the sandy beach of Vieux Boucau.  
  
Ideally located on the 1st floor of a small family residence, this apartment offers a sunny terrace and access to the shared garden. It includes two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, as well as a bright living room and equipped kitchen.  
  
Don't delay in booking for an unforgettable vacation in Vieux Boucau! We look forward to seeing you.  
  
Towels/linens and a baby kit are optional (see prices with the agency).  
  
Important information:  
\- A deposit of €500 by bank imprint will be required upon arrival.
