La résidence est très bien située, l appartement propre, par contre la housse du canapé était abîmée et vielle, les portes du placard de la chambre cassées et pour 4 personnes pas assez de couverts. Quelques équipements appréciables comme lave linge séchant et congélateur.

1ER Appart (2Eme): ménage laisse bcp à désirer. Pas d'ascenseur. Chambre tte petite, dur d'accés à ses 2 fenetres.Trés mauvaise literie :grosse mousse à la place d'un matelas, pas du tout confortable. 2EME (RDC): ménage bon,trés spacieux trés agréable. Chambre parfaite sauf matelas bcp trop dur. 2 pers de Résasol rentrés dans le 2e apt sans autorisarisation. Mauvaise connexion wifi et tel horrible (obligée de se mettre à la fenêtre). Dans l'ensemble assez satisfaite de mon séjour de 3 semaines

Appartement loué pour 4 personnes alors que la superficie était vraiment trop petite pour nous 3. La propreté laissait à désiré. Le bruit extérieur est incessant. La température au sein de l’appartement était étouffante alors que la température extérieure était que de 23 degrés. Nous ne recommanderons pas cette annonce et ne réserverons plus ce genre de location. Les photos de l’annonce ne correspondaient pas a l’appartement que nous avons eu. Réelle deception

Appartement bien situé mais malheureusement trop bruyant la nuit (musique, cris, chants, personnes saoules urinant devant notre fenêtre,… jusque 6h du mat). Impossibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres malgré une chaleur étouffante à l’intérieur (contre seulement 23 degrés à l’extérieur). Appartement proposé pour 4 alors que pour 2 adultes et un bébé c’était déjà trop petit. Impossible de s’installer sur la table à manger et d’aller aux sanitaires ou à la chambre en même temps. La chambre : un lit de 160 prend toute la surface. Pas moyen de faire le tour du lit. Ménage fait très superficiellement, de la nourriture était encore présente dans un placard. Si vous souhaitez du calme et du repos, à déconseiller ! Nous n’y retourneront pas.

La location est très bien située (bord de mer), parking facile (place devant l'immeuble et garage pour d'autres locs). Les appartements ont toutes les commodités (ustensiles et accessoires) et le confort (bonne literie). Le seul hic c'est le manque d'insonorisation entre les appartements donc si vous venez pour des vacances festives ça passera, si vous venez pour vous reposer, être au calme au calme ou tt comme moi parce que vous travaillez, beaucoup moins...

Les appareils ainsi que les autres accessoires sont vraiment très pratiques , simple et très bien

Je conseillerais à d’autres Personnes de venir vers vous. Résidence calme proche de la mer. L’immeuble Sécuriser à double entrée. Personne de l’extérieur Peut y accéder facilement. Bravo à l’année pronchaine.

Situé à 300 ou 400 de la plage et un peu plus du centre ville, pas besoin de se servir de la voiture, ce qui est appréciable quand l'on est en vacances. Un petit bémol on aurait aimé avoir un balcon, ce qui n'était pas le cas pour notre bâtiment. A part ça, nous avons été très satisfait, on pense que c'est un très bon rapport qualité/ prix...

Une très bonne semaine de vacances

L'endroit est propre, très bien situé. La plage est juste à côté. Il est peut-être même trop bien situé car l'endroit est un peu bruyant et animé le soir… Prévoyez un ventilateur pour pouvoir dormir fenêtres fermées certains soirs :-)

200m de la plage proximité des commerces emplacement super ! Logement très propreet très bien équipé Seul petit bémol un peu petit pour 4 mais vu le prix c est tout à fait correct ! Nous reviendrons !
