Situated within walking distance of public transport, so easy to get to town centre. 10 mins walk to Schönbrunn Palace. They let me check in at 1pm instead of 3pm, which was much appreciated. There were 2 free bottles of water in the mini fridge, thanks for that. The bed is extremely comfy, however the pillows are way to soft for my liking, but it’s just my preference. All in all, excellent value for money

Terrible experience in general. Very rude staff, showing massive lack of commitment to deliver even an average acceptable experience. No room service availability excused by a variety of reasons even though it is offered daily. The room housekeeping was terrible - definitely not the cleanest room and property in general.

What we liked was the walking distance to Schonbrunn Palace and the Zoo, the transit and metro were accessible the hotel itself was good, reception was welcoming. We thank Naomi at the reception desk who went beyond her way to guide us where to take the metro and the many points of interest to go to. Coffee and Tea were supplied every morning which we appreciated so much. What I didn't like was that the room given to us was beside the main traffic road, and we could hear the vehicles and sirens every night. I always look forward to a noiseless room, but disappointed with this.

We booked the suite and our room was spacious with a wonderful view of the palace. The living room and bathroom area could be closed off from the bedroom. Would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves in the area again.

Within walking distance to Schonbrunn palace, and restaurants. Breakfast onsite 22 euro a person which offers numerous selections. Parking is not included in room rates, paid extra for this and then had issues with using car leaving parking at the end of our visit.

The first night gave me the room that was paid for, the second night moved me to other room Which the A.C wasn’t workikg and I couldn’t reach the front desk due to none working room phone service, had to go to the lobby to reach out to the staff but there was no staff to take care of my issue then the third morning day went to front desk finally someone came and fix the A.C for ua

I don’t understand all the other negative reviews that was written. We had a very pleasant experience. We arrived in the evening and check in was very smooth- literally under 10 mins. Our room was well serviced and staff were very friendly and helpful. The other reviews have written about cleaning staff disrupting sleep. We had no issues as we placed the do not disturb sign on the door. The facilities were amazing - we really enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Transport was very confident - there’ is a tram stop 3 mins away (this gets. You to the centre within 15 mins.

The hotel is nice, clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Room facilities no slippers supplied. Well situated from the palace, close to public transport to get around the city. The hotel also next to technical museum. We had to asked for the bins to be emptied because it wasn’t done and some of the towels weren’t replaced. For me my observations the room weren’t cleaned that day only tidied up the bed.

Being a diamond member, I was told upon check-in that my room had been upgraded. It was no different that the room I reserved. The hotel was far from the train stations and the food was mediocre at best. The rooms were clean and staff was pleasant.

The hotel management changed from Radisson to Hilton Doubletree in the past few weeks and operationally the hotel is not ready to receive guests. Construction works, limited lighting in areas of the lobby, main elevators were congested, and air regulation within the communal areas was poor. Reception clearly understaffed, not the fault of the employees who were overwhelmed at points by guests at check-in. Sauna/spa/pool closed and no room service available (apparently this is not a feature of the Doubletree offering). The rooms were clean but the cleaning team entered the room in the mornings twice without knocking while we were sleeping. I am sure this hotel will improve in the next few months as they resolve these operational issues, but I was disappointed as I booked the Hilton Doubletree brand for consistency of experience.

Overall the property was in a wonderful location situated in front of a park and a short walk to the Schonbrun Palace. Access to public transit was also excellent. The property was well maintained although the lights were always off in the elevator lobby on the main floor leaving a rather uninviting feeling. The same was to be said about the front entrance canopy - it was dark at night as if to suggest this was not an entrance at all. Otherwise, the room was comfortable with a well appointed bathroom, first class towels and comfortable beds although the polyester mix pillow cases and comforter falls a bit short. Overall, a great place to stay.

Quiet location, perfectly located
A very good hotel with a good breakfast buffet, and located within about 10 minutes walking distance to one of the main underground routes. From there, you can get anywhere in Vienna. The neighborhood is quiet too, which is a big plus.

I loved that breakfast was included, I like that we each got our own blanket. I was told I would be getting two twins instead of a queen which was a bummer. But I didn't press it and we made it work so it was fine

Perfect for short business trip
Came in for a 3d business trip. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. Good Wifi. great breakfast and bar for evening meetings/meals. The hotel area is good and quiet, though not in the center.
