I would stay here again. I just wished that the fridge in the room can be use by travelers not to store things for sale. A microwave or coffee pot would be nice in the room.

I stayed 3 mights at Hotel Bajazzo and it has easy access to public transportation and airports train. It is a safe area and located in a very quiet street. There is no noise at all. Their breakfast is great staff are friendly and helpful. However the building is old, so do not expect to stay in a nice hotel. It is basically a motel type, but i felt safe during my stay. The most positive thing about this hotel is easy access to U4 train and Airport train, all toirist attractions are either walkable or you can take the tram.

Simple Room, Good Location
The room was simple, small and clean. I didn't need anything special, and the location was a 12-minute walk from Schwedenplatz metro station.

Friendly, helpful staff at front desk and breakfast room. Would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a great location that is quiet (located on a side street) and easily accessible to public transportation. Would stay there again.

Great location - very near tram and U-bahn services and just a short walk into the centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast at reasonable price. We will certainly consider using this hotel again.

Ok place to stay
I had a single room -the room's layout was not the best, very narrow, I felt like I was sleeping in a hallway, the room's furnishings were somewhat outdated, bathroom was clean , but a little outdated as well. People working at the reception were very helpful and really nice; good neighborhood, Hofer (Aldi) supermarket nearby

Very good hotel for solo travelers and those who wants to stay close to the city. Area was quiet and safe. Its within walking distance to the city center, markets, metro and the Vienna Airport Line. The water pressure in the shower was strong and it heats up right away. I stayed during the winter time so the room itself was suitable. Not too cold and not too hot. Single bed was soft. Theres a small safe for your valuables which locked by a manual key. BBC channel was available and i think its the only channel in english. There was no air conditioning in the single room that I stayed in, but i cannot comment on how the room is during the summer. The windows can be opened though for fresh air. Staff was nice, always said hello to when i leave in the morning and i come back at night..

I just came back from Vienna and spent a week at this hotel. The location is pretty good, both for transportation and walking to the center. It's easy to get to by train and metro from the airport. Breakfast is very good. Room was clean and a good size, I had everything I needed. Staff is nice and helpful. There is no AC so be prepared if you go in the summer, but this is the norm for Austria, it is rare to find AC anywhere beside some of the art galleries. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and will book again if I come back to Vienna

Good Value and Location in Vienna
Stayed here for several nights to explore Vienna while on my EuroVelo 6 bicycle trip. The hotel is walking distance to downtown sights and restaurants. Slightly older building but the room was very comfortable and they have an elevator to get stuff upstairs. Staff were very helpful with my bicycle, directions and recommendations. Continental breakfast was nice with breads, meats, cheeses, eggs, fruit and sweets. Very reasonable cost for location and comfort.

City short break in Vienna
The hotel was easy to find from the Airport bus and was a good central location, the staff were very friendly and helpful and although the hotel was quite dated it was very clean, warm and comfortable. Would not recommend staying in Vienna to sightsee in the winter as we found it very very cold temperatures down to -10.

Beware of construction works
Not a good stay. I wanted a budget hotel for an overnight stay. The hotel website said that it was in a quiet street but didn't mention the construction works that have been going on for two years and are supposed to finish in April. The work started at 6am directly outside my room, and sleep was impossible after that. Apparently, Expedia has warnings on its German page about possible construction noise but not in English. If I had known, I would not have booked this hotel. Apart from the noise, it's absolutely fine. Clean and with a good breakfast.

hotel was well priced. the only problem was that there was no effective air conditioning but the staff put in a fan without being asked, it helped somewhat. i would not wish to stay at the hotel in the middle of summer.the breakfast buffet was reasonable..

Good if you´re on a budget
I stayed 3 nights here while visiting Vienna. I went during a busy tourist season, so I chose this one because it was cheaper. Note that it is a 15-20 minute walk to the opera hous (center of the tourist part) so plan to walk. The room wasn´t bad, but it wasn´t the nicest hotel I have ever stayed it. The room was kept clean, but is fairly outdated. The shower was VERY SMALL. I could not get into the shower without rubbing up against one side of the door. The bed was a single and was okay, but I had trouble sleeping in it. The most concerning part to me was that I closed and locked the window when I left every morning, but the cleaning staff kept opening it and leaving it open. I had left my laptop and some things like this in the room and I didn´t like the window open because I was afraid of them being taken. Other than that, the room was fine.

This is a comfortable hotel ideal for city break when you're going to be out and about all day. The breakfast was good and the room clean. The reception offered to look after our bags when we were too early to check in.

Stayed for 3 days for the Christmas markets. Great location, very clean, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast & wi fi. Rooms basic, but had all that we required. Some early morning construction noise from the building opposite, otherwise very quiet

Cosy, convenient hotel
We spent a lovely 4 nights at Hotel Bajazzo in August 2016. The room was cosy and clean, and well equipped with a fridge, TV and fan, and the private bathroom was also clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful and let us leave our bags in a secure room at reception after checkout, as our flight was not until the evening. Breakfast had a variety of options and was tasty. The hotel was conveniently located 5 minutes from Schottenring U-Bahn station, 5 minutes from a supermarket and only a short walk to the attractions of the centre whilst also being far enough away to not feel too busy.

Good Location but Noisy
Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about city. Room is small but adequate. Problem is there is no a/c although there is a fan. Across the street there is loud work going on from early in morning so can't keep window open and sleep. Hotel is on edge of Old Town and few minute walk to Metro station. Most of the sights are reachable by foot within 30 minutes.

Charming quaint convenient European hotel!
Great little European hotel. Super price for neighborhood -close walk to city Centre sights, very close to subway -3 minute walk and from that subway you can get everywhere easily. Only disappointment was the breakfast selection - most European hotels offer more choices. Staff at hotel were fabulous -friendly and helpful.
