Close to bus lines and the U. Very nice little park for our 7 and 4 year old to play in and a nice running path if running is your thing. Grocery stores and pharmacies are a short bus ride away. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. The front patio was a bonus as it gave our a nice to play. Last but not least, Bernd was super. Leider wurden nicht alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Der Allgemeinzustand entsprach nicht einem erst 4 Jahre alten Hauses. Es wirkte etwas „abgewohnt“, z.B. fehlende bzw. kaputte Scheuerleisten, Flecke an den Wänden, die Außenjalousie im Wohnraum war defekt, in einem Bad war die Lüfterabdeckung mit Klebestreifen befestigt und hat nicht immer gehalten. Die Sauberkeit des Backofens ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Geschirrausstattung ist für 6 Personen etwas wenig und z.T. war Geschirr nicht sauber.Positiv ist die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel! Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Häuschen. Einkaufmöglichkeiten waren schnell zu Fuß oder mit den Bus (A77 oder A80) zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt zu den Weihnachtsmärkten war über die beiden Buslinie und dann weiter mit der U3 auch problemlos erreichbar. Zum Prater konnte man dann direkt mit der A80 fahren. Also schöne und ruhige Unterkunft mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Einziges Manko ist ein leichter Reparaturstau, dieses sollte zeitnah behoben werden. ##### Gerald T. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es drei Minuten und der Bus fährt werktags alle 4 Minuten. Die Innenstadt ist gut erreichbar. Und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit den Öffis gut zu erreichen. Unser Auto haben wir im nächsten P+R Parkhaus untergestellt, bei dem man mit einer Wochenkarte der Wiener Linien sogar Rabatt bekommt. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist ruhig, nur die Autobahn hört man leicht. Die "Kühlung" im Haus war bei der Sommerhitze deutlich spürbar und ein Segen! Der Vermieter ist gut erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir können es empfehlen. ##### Gesa D. Der nahe Prater hat uns auch oft gelockt. Das Haus ist groß genug für 6 Personen und erlaubt auch Rückzug. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber war prima. Auf Fragen hat er umgehend reagiert und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist super. Die Busse fahren oft, die Haltestellen sind nah. Das Haus ist für einen Eltern-Großeltern-Enkelkind-Urlaub ideal. Die Zimmer haben direkten Zugang zum eigenen Bad, im Erdgeschoß ist eine Küche und ein großer Sitzbereich mit allem was man benötigt und die Sitzecke im Garten mit großem Sonnenschirm passt perfekt fürs gemütliche Familienfrühstück. Anbindung an die Öffis ist sehr gut, in direkter Nähe im Prater ist ein toller beschatterter Wasserspielplatz und ein heißer Tipp: Unbedingt ins "Tupi im Goatn" gehen!!! In der Gartenanlage auf der anderen Straßenseite. Toller Scharnigarten mit nettem Wirt und sehr gutem Essen. Alles in Allem ist die Unterkunft ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für eine Mischung aus Städtetripp und Familienurlaub. Lieber Bernd, danke für alles und ein liebes Ba Ba! ##### Anke B. Die Unterkunft optimal, es war wirklich alles was man benötigt vorhanden, der Vermieter super nett und für jede Frage sofort erreichbar. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Das Haus ist neu, sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Glücklicherweise sind wir - auch aufgrund der vorherigen Rezensionen- mit der Bahn angereist, so brauchten wir uns keine Gedanken um das Parken zu machen. Die U-Bahn Linie U3 ist ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt, und man ist in wenigen Stationen am Stephansdom. Das war großartig. Abends haben wir nach langen Erkundungen häufiger die Sauna im Haus angemacht. Auch das ein Highlight. Schließlich ist noch die sehr nette, schnelle und jederzeit hilfreiche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hervorzuheben. ##### Simone B. Es müsste nur mal ein bisschen auf Vordermann gebracht werden. Die Fußleisten sind größtenteils locker, die Wände könnten einen Anstrich gebrauchen, die Klobrillen waren sehr locker und irgendjemand hat sich wohl mal mit zu viel Schwung auf das Sofa geworfen. Dies war so durchgebogen, dass wir etwas Angst hatten, uns darauf zu setzen. Aber die Lage ist top, sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Für eine Woche Sightseeingtour war sie für uns ideal. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, wenn es auch gerne ein paar Teller und mehr Besteck sein dürfte. So lief der Geschirrspüler halt nach jedem Essen. Die Betten sind okay, die Badezimmer auch. Im Garten waren wir nicht. ##### Tanja K. Es ist ruhig und trotzdem sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Bei eigener Anreise mit dem PKW ist die Parksituation schwierig (entspanntes Ent- und Beladen geht leider anders). Das Parkhaus Erdberg (Franzosengraben 2) ist ca. 1,6 KM entfernt (zu Fuß gute 20 Minuten). Das Parkhaus ist mit 3,40 Euro Tagesgebühr sehr preiswert. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut. Die Bushaltestelle Klaschkaweg oder die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Schlachthausgasse sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist unproblematisch. Nett und freundlich und sehr unkompliziert. ##### Ralf B. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und im Haus hat es alles was man braucht, auch die sehr ruhige Umgebung und die Nähe zum Prater und dem Wald war perfekt! Alles da was man für einen gelungenen Städtetrip benötigt. Die abendliche Sauna nach den langen Tagen im schönen Wien haben wir sehr genossen. Zu Fuß 4 Minuten vom Objekt ist eine Bushaltestelle (Klaschkaweg77A, 80A), die in sehr enger Taktung angefahren wird und einen direkt zur UBahn (z.B. U3 Schlachthausgasse) bringt - das war echt spitze, sind mit Bahn angereist und haben alles mit den Öffis machen können. Das Objekt ist sehr geräumig, und absolut hervorzuheben ist der sehr freundlich-entgegenkommende und unterstützende Kontakt zum Vermieter! ##### Dennis M.
