What was missing was door code to enter the building. Without the code it is impossible to checkin. I text, and called called the number provided and the calls went to voice mail. No reply to the text. I ended taking another room the night of arrival. The next morning I was able to enter the building and the housekeeping staff helped me contact the virtual checkin assistant. Tge night before, when I made my payment online I was directed to a checkin portal but the password required was not provided. Also at checkin the door code provided was wrong the housekeeper assisted me with proper room code. Although it was advertised as a suite for a very reasonable price the kitchenette was poorly stocked. There was a remote for a TV but no TV. Elektrokabel hingen einfach ohne Isolierung in der Gegend. Keine Cafemaschine, Zuwenig Gläser Tassen usw. Kein besen um Mal kurz zu kehren. Einfach nichts vorhanden. Kaution wird vielleicht nach 5 bis 10 Tagen zurück gezahlt.
