My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. It is a beautiful hotel in an old building with lots of history! The room was lovely and spacious, from the adorable teapot to the drapery. Shower was pretty good except for the fact that it sprayed water all over the ground and toilet. We had a small balcony that overlooked the street. The hotel has two entrances, the side our room was on is a quiet side road, with a bunch of restaurants (local and Italian). The bed was fine, except they had put a mattress topper over top to make it one bed (two twins pushed together underneath), and the fitted sheet was not big enough, so it would come off frequently. The hotel itself is in a great location near lots of restaurants and sights in Vienna. Would recommend!
