Excellent hotel in Vienna!
Excellent hotel!! Everything is new and comfortable, excellent service with a smile and superb breakfast with a very large variety of food. The hotel is 30-60 minutes by public transportation from Vienna city center and people with a car have a huge parking lot near the hotel.

I booked and paid for a double, and i was given a twin room instead, and told the system was down, so nothing could be done. Staff on arrival were not helpful. The carpet also had a large stain on the floor near the entrance. The place was otherwise fine, other staff were kind and helpful.

Great hotel 5-10 min drive from town centre, friendly and polite english and german speaking staff, rooms were clean and tidy, would have preferred a walk in shower rather than an a shower bath combo as tiles were slipy or a bath Matt for the floor, other than that would happy stay again

Not great customer service.
Lovely hotel but when asked to use a kettle was told only if I upgraded room could I have boiled water !!!!! There was no negotiation or options just no!!

The twin bedroom was a decent size, and the windows were large and easy to open. That made it nice during the hot weather we experienced during our stay. On site parking was free, although the lot was small and may fill up at times, I fear. We thought our mini fridge was broken, but found out it was on the circuit operated by a switch near the door, and left it on thereafter. The tub was nice and deep. Our room had a towel and a comforter that were a bit shabby, with a small hole each, but I will admit they were exceedingly clean, just worn. No coffee maker or microwave in the room, but there is a hot water dispenser in the lobby, working, until midnight every day. There is a grocery store nearby with very good selection. Comfortable hotel, a little shabby, but very reasonable. Quiet location, too. Lobby furniture could use a good steam cleaning.

As a result, guests have to accept a slightly longer way into the city centre. It takes about 25-40 minutes by public transport, depending on the destination. Nice place to stay. Not close to the center but trams, trains and busses stop 5 min from it. Nice bar that they have. Better food then going in some restorant in the center if you on the budget. In general is good place for the money. Recomend.
