On 11.12.2022 at 17.00 I asked the receptionist, probably Dana, to use one of the hotel's meeting rooms for a joint meeting with 14 people staying at the hotel. We rented 7 rooms for 4 nights for one hour only for a joint birthday celebration for one of the guests who were with us. It is not possible to sit in a hotel room with such an amount of The people immediately received a third answer claiming that the meeting rooms were empty but ready for tomorrow.. despite all my requests and even after I promised that the room would be clean and tidy at the end, the receptionist immediately gave a third answer and did not try to help with my request. I did not receive any treatment or attempt to give a solution to my request. It's a shame we rented 7 rooms in the hotel .. there is no consideration for the guests or their requests I personally will not take this hotel again .. service and service does not exist in this hotel it's a shame

This is a great location in Vienna. We were able to take the train from the airport and it was very easy. We walked the whole city and were very close to many Christmas Markets. Our tours even met right around the corner of our hotel. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great and the beds quite comfortable. I would stay again.

Lovely ambience. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of choice at buffet breakfast. Very central position for transport and Christmas markets. Will definitely stay again if returning to Vienna.

I requested an early check-in for a meeting and they were able to arrange it. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is like going back in time. It is a beautiful building. The rooms are a bit small (but doesn't really matter as you are out most of the day and evening!) and the room was quite hot. Opening the window was not an option as the street below can be very noisy. There is a standing fan provided in the room.

Steps from shopping and very close to attractions
Not luxurious, but very comfortable. Fabulous location, very helpful staff, good bathroom, comfortable bed, good wifi. Only negative was a very strange double door on the room.... Outer door can only be locked from the inside and inner door can only be locked from the outside. So can't leave one person in the room when the other person goes out, without locking them in.

A great old hotel with superior customer service!
The room and hotel are clean and well cared for. Smell fresh. Working elevators. Staff are always eager to help. Breakfast offering is pretty extensive. Location is superb. So many important spots and cafes, plus large selection of restaurants within walking distance. Casino right accross the street. The complimentary fruit platter was a very nice touch. I selected the corner room with wrap around balcony. Awesome!! Look forward to return to the lovely Vienna and stay here again.

Hotels.com, hive to some member free upgrade but I need to pay for a room with AC, and the room that I paid for wasn’t available and the receptionist said that my deluxe room that the room that they supposed assignment, even for silver member has free breakfast but I also paid for it!!

This hotel does not have AC in the whole hotel. The room is offered with a fan that barely cools the room. It was a horrible experience. Not recommend for the summer time. Great location though.

It is a very centrally located property. Close to shopping and major sights but the biggest gripe was the property has no A/C in the rooms. It got pretty hot and not at all bearable during midday and evenings. Otherwise it is a great hotel for being quite central.

Our experience with the staff at this hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived to when we left the hotel. We arrived very early and were greeted by a very happy door man who took us to reception and we were greeted by two lovely receptionist, who were very welcoming. The room was as seen and cleaned every day. The hotel is central to everything, which allows for walking to attractions and cafes/restaurants.

No A/C was an adjustment but it worked out. It wasn't obvious from the booking but t least the hotel had a tower fan to help keep air circulating.

The pillows were so flat you might as well not have one. The mattresses were so old. They were extremely hard. Made noise every time you moved. No washcloths. You’re told to wash with a towel. The shower is an accident waiting to happen. It is high to get into the shower. There is a half glass shower door that swings both way. No bar to hold onto. Very slippery. Water gets all over the floor. The hotel is very very outdated. You have steps to carry your luggage to the elevator. When you get to your floor there are more steps to carry your luggage again. The one positive is it’s in a great location.
