Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly. The bartender was great, friendly and very courteous. Loved walking out the back and being right on the river. Room was big with a great view of river. Ask for top floor with river view and you won’t be disappointed.

A very comfortable hotel. Be warned that they add $14 dollars per room for use of internet, gym etc. For those concerned about COVID, you might like it that you will be served the food and juice at breakfast. They do not let you serve your own food or juice.

I travel extensively for pleasure and when I do so, I ALWAYS look for a property that provides me / us with the following: 1) a great centralized location within walking distance to historic sights, restaurants, shops, etc. 2) good value for my dollar 3) free parking, if at all possible, unless in a major city of course 4) aesthetically pleasing in appearance, clean, quiet and safe. The Grand Hotel met and exceeded all of my expectations. It was all of the above and more. It certainly is not the Ritz, but the Ritz IS NOT what I wanted or was searching for in Natchez or when I travel. I LOVE this level of comfort in my accommodations when I am casually traveling. Very elegant, quiet, clean, safe, great location, free breakfast (a little more than just your average continental breakfast, which was nice), easy parking and courteous friendly staff. Not too stuffy, but very dignified at the same time. I really enjoyed the wonderful view from my large 4th floor river-facing room. as well.

This is an older hotel right next to the convention center and across the street from the River. The hotel and area are historic and the hotel is very well kept up. It had a great breakfast and a quaint bar in the lobby. There is a beautiful park there to enjoy as well.

The location of the property is ideal. The look of the property is really nice and inviting. The food area is a letdown . Everyone on the staff was helpful. The room was clean and adequate.

The hotel is conveniently near the river and other facilities. However, our stay this time was different. Room wasn't ready even after check-in time and the room cleaning was done quickly. There was an overpowered smell of cleaner or air freshener (like baby powder) as if it was masking something. The a/c air smelled like urine when it ran. Room door had to be slammed in order to ensure it closed safely. Asked a cleaning staff member for fresh towels while in the hall, she replied she was coming to bring them, however, almost 4 hours later had to ask again.

Having to wait until 4pm to check in is ridiculous. Desk lady was very cold and borderline rude. They also charged the credit card that was supposed to just hold the room before check in and I preferred to pay cash. Hotel room was nice enough. Breakfast buffet is mediocre.

We had a second floor room overlooking the Mississippi River! We really loved the two double French doors that opened up to the balcony overlooking the river!
