5/5 Excellent
"Stayed for a week for the London Marathon. The location is perfect to access everything in the area as well as day tours out of the city. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Slept soundly each night and did not hear a thing from any neighbors. My only complaint is that given the price point and 4 star rating, a few additional toiletries should have been included (e.g., lotion, make up remover, q-tips, etc). "

"Smiling staff welcome, exceptionally clean and neat room, well appointed. Good room amenities, including very functional desk, nice wardrobe, with safe and usual facilities of iron, ironing board, etc. Nice “extra” touches included Nespresso machine, biscuits, slippers and functional and informative “map / brochure / keycard pouch”. Quality bathroom. Could have used plug points at bedside table, but otherwise excellent quality establishment."
"Nice Hotel with restaurant. Nice staff.
Across the street from Victoria Train Station with fast food and 1 or 2 restaurants. Lots of other restaurants just blocks away. Walk to Buckingham Palace. Take the train to Windsor Castle. Great location - taxi’s close by. "
