This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home situated in the desirable Ardmore neighbourhood is the perfect ocean front getaway… Whether for a family vacation, romance, sight-seeing, outdoor adventure, or for serenity and solitude this amazing property offers incomparable views of the Saanich Inlet and Malahat Mountain. The perfect location for true west coast experience.

Take advantage of the private dock (The dock is available from the end of May-end of September - weather permitted) and bring your boats and jet skis for fun on the water. Boat rentals are available at Pedder Bay Marina located in Metchosin. With endless trails meandering through Coles Bay Park and The Glen Meadows Golf and Country Club a few minutes away, there is an outdoor adventure for everyone. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar in the newly renovated kitchen, or meander down to the dock to sit with your toes in the water. Large windows offer a perfect ever-changing view.

Waterfront heaven
Lovely older home with an amazing property and location. Large home as described with ocean views from the home, patio, and different levels of property right down to waterfront and dock. North Saanich location is very rural but still a 40 minute drive to downtown Victoria. Lots of activities in the area from motorsports to hiking to cycling. Owner and management company were very responsive to questions and feedback. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Amazing property
The pictures do not do it justice. This property is beautiful. We spent the time outside watching seals (one swam onto the floating dock everynight and the last entire day we were there), an otter, deer, a rabbit, a snake (ewwwwwww), purple starfish, crabs, a heron and the sky full of stars. We paddle boarded and kayaked. We had plans to do many things in Victoria but the property was so amazing we just never left. And the wifi was strong as was the dishwasher and the air con (things you don't often see in a vacation rental). We are already planning our return and know we found our every year summer retreat.

Lovely spot on the water
Great spot to relax and rejuvenate. Enjoyed paddling and seeing seals, star fish, jelly fish, herons and otters. Sunsets were fabulous. The house was very spacious, but could use a little TLC.
