Thank you for visiting our property and our smoke free environment. This is a well maintained home which we are preparing for the vacation/travellers market. We'd love to get your feedback as we just purchased this property and are new to this. This home is bright, modern, cozy and in a charming neighbourhood, located on the outskirts of downtown Victoria. There are 2 bedrooms on the main, and a third in the basement. There is also additional carpeted areas which would be suitable for foamies or other temporary bedding. Uptown & Tillicum shopping centre, Pearkes Arena, Silver City movie theatre are just minutes away. The home is steps from the Galloping Goose Bike/walk path. A 25 minute bike ride along this beautiful trail - a bikers paradise - and you are downtown. Or take the Lochside trail and explore the country side out to Sidney. Easy vehicular access to the Pat Bay Highway or the Island Highway. Back yard is fully fenced and secure. There is also a semi-detached garage for parking, and a BBQ on the back deck.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
A cozy 3 bedroom home, with a fenced back yard. Situated between Uptown and Tillicum Mall, along the Galloping Goose Trail (biking and walking trail). Close to Victoria General Hospital and the Pearkes Recreational Centre. Excellent bus connections to downtown or the western communities. The house has hardwood floors, gas fireplace, lots of light, and a well maintained yard. Parking garage and additional parking on the property. ,

We loved our stay here. We come up twice a year to see family. This was the best place we have stayed. Anthony is right across the street and very friendly and helpful. The house was well stocked, kitchen had some pantry staples that came in handy. If you have a disability or need to know… there is two small steps to get in the front door but otherwise is really accessible the bathroom has a bar in the shower for support. Beds are comfortable just know the third bed is a pull out couch but in its own room. We will stay here again! Especially in summer when we can use the beautiful big back yard.

Lovely small bungalow in a great location in Victoria. You need to have a car, though. Clean through-out. More wine glasses would have been nice but that is nit-picking. Anthony came to greet us which was nice. Would stay again.

This property provided our family with a homelike experience. All of the amenities were as described and very well supplied. The layout of the home was comfortable and the quality of workmanship in the renovation was top shelf. The location to various shopping centres and downtown Victoria made for easy access to everything that we were hoping to experience. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

The property was very nice with a good sized backyard for my little dog to run around in... it was nice having access to a washer/dryer... the property was close to major roads - but not so close that it was noisy... the property owner was very friendly and greeted me on arrival.
