Beautiful accomdation. The location is great for touring Victoria in walking distance. The place was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed are stay and will request to book this place again for our next Victoria getaway.

Great character appartment
We loved our stay in this comfortable, well appointed character appartment in the heart of China Town. With high ceilings and windows to the street, it was light and airy even on a rainy day. Accessing it via one of the little old lanes added to the experience. It was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do.

Location location location
As the title suggests, the location of this property is right in the heart of Chinatown, walking distance to every attraction you would want to see in downtown Victoria. We didn't drive at all while in town because we could walk everywhere! As other reviews indicate, things do get a little noisy given your location, but that comes with the turf. The unit itself was very clean and modern, however lacked space to store clothes & luggage. We could've used some drawers but were able to make do. Otherwise we loved this space and would definitely book again!

Cute little place in the heart of Chinatown, which made it conveniently located around coffee shops, cafes, bars, shopping. Can be a bit noisy in the morning with delivery trucks and seagulls.

I felt the property was well planned, using the space effectively. It was extremely well stocked also. I did not like the temperature thermostat in the bedroom is also a night light which is motion activated. When one walks by it , the rooms lights up which is not useful in the middle of the night as it wakes up your partner too. I was in the deck as it could be a lovely place to sit and enjoy the excellent location. It needs a hard surface rather than grating. Also two comfy little chairs with a little table would have been excellent. I liked the washer and dryer, very handy and they worked well.

I can’t think of a single negative thing about this rental. The unit is small, yet the perfect size for my daughter and I. Quiet and very comfortable. Everything that we could have needed for our stay was made available. Check in was simple. Location was even better. Loved having the smell of the coffee shop directly below us. There is some street noise, but anyone that is used to city living won’t even notice. Planning to return spring and hoping this unit is available when I do because it will be my first choice. Thank you, Mitchel, for being such a wonderful host.

This is a great, little unit in the middle of Chinatown. It’s very well-stocked. For anyone with mobility challenges, it’s located above retail shops with no access to an elevator. A perfect stay that makes getting around downtown easy with some great people watching on the balcony. Very easy to communicate with as well.
