I always return here because it has become familiar and dependable. There was a so bit of confusion about free parking through Expedia at the hotel but it was sorted out quickly. Staff is friendly and efficient. I used the pool and there were lots of used towels around so that was not too pleasant and could use some ongoing attention by staff. The elevators are dated and could benefit greatly from some new carpet and general cleaning.
The only issue was that the hot water when showering was not as consistent as perhaps it should have been - but really that is not the end of the world.
I will stay here again - it is easy to walk to all sorts of nice parts of Victoria and very close to the ocean which is so wonderful.
There is one woman at guest services who works so much and I sure hope that she
is well compensated for her efforts.

We agree that we are in need of a refresh but our team works hard at providing our guests with clean, comfortable accommodation, delicious food and the very best in customer service which I am happy to read that we met your expectations.
You mentioned our elevators and I am happy to let you know that they are currently under a small makeover with new flooring and paint and should be complete in the next two weeks. As for the towels in the pool area we were not up to our own standard and I have discussed your comments with our Housekeeping Manager and she will be conducting some refresh training with her team.
We appreciate the feedback as it does help us to be better.
