There for an event

Posted 23-Mar-2017
Pros: Reasonable cost and great location.
Cons: Room heating and cooling, although opening the balcony doors brought the Harbour to us, added to the ambience.
Love the location. Harbour House Restaurant across the street is very nice and we have there before. Great view of the harbor from our room which added to the experience.

Comfortable and close to everything!

Posted 23-Mar-2017
Pros: Close in proximity to most tourist sites. Walking distance to waterfront.
Cons: Rooms are getting a little old. Needs a facelift.
We stayed one night with our 2 little granddaughters. They loved it! We stayed in the one bdrm suite so there was plenty of room for all of us including a playpen. We walked to everything in town, Beacon Hill Park, waterfront, Old Spaghetti Factory for dinner. The kids played in the pool and had a blast! Only hiccup was the shower water went from warm to cold to hot several times during a shower. Staff were very friendly :-)

Close to shopping, restaurants, sightseeing

Posted 20-Mar-2017
Pros: Fridge, microwave, pool, sauna, hot tub and gym were good. Breakfast in restaurant was good. Staff very nice.
Cons: Cups were not cleaned one day and soap not replaced.
Location: Inner harbour is close by, sightseeing is easy, shopping nearby
Check in was easy, friendly staff, convenient location, large room.

Night Downtown

Posted 16-Mar-2017
We wanted to stay in town somewhere that was convenient and within easy walking distance of the downtown action. This hotel was great. We could walk out the door and stroll the quiet residential streets, walk to the tourist sites or find great restaurants with live music.

Awesome hotel, close to the inner harbour

Posted 12-Mar-2017
Pros: clean, great view, great staff
Cons: ramps/steps
Location: The whole inner harbour and downtown Victoria is literally minutes away.
We had a fantastic room, with a great view of the harbour. The only negative was a lack of ramps - some steps were difficult for my wife to navigate.
