I had to call the front desk 2 times after 230pm about noise. I was sound asleep and it sounded like a foot came through the ceiling. Maybe one did but the room next door was the perpetrator. The guests were rude but the construction insulation should have been more substantial. Lost valuable sleep, had an important business meeting in the morning.
