Dissapointing for the price

Pros: Friendly staff
The bathroom was so small that you could not open the door all the way. The shower was tiny! There wasn't enough space in the bedroom area for two suitcases to be open at the same time. For $170/night I expect more.(I'm a very realistic person. I understand that $170 is not luxury, but this was far far far below luxury. It was just barely acceptable.) And Expedia ... please correct your post. BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED. Staff was nice enough to give us a small credit on the price. Apparently they have been trying to correct this on the Expedia site but have been unable to.

Hotel close to the harbor and downtown.

Pros: Only the location.
The place needs to be upgraded,very dated ,like back in the seventies.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Nice to have a kitchenette. Internet connection spotty.

Redecorated,: cheap and cheerful style.

The room looked nice and was comfortable. Very poor noise reduction - could hear noises from other rooms. Noises from street were loud at times.

The rooms were really neat and has a traditional design to it. The lobby and elevator weren't the most lavish but it will suffice. The price is reasonable considering the location. The only complaint is the sound leakage from other room. When someone upstairs uses the sink/toilet you can hear the water running down but it wasn't too bad because the guest stopped using it past 11. Pool and hot tub were heated which were a plus because it was lightly raining. Overall a nice tody hotel and the staff were all really kind to us.

Staff was great but it is an older hotel and the rooms are pretty small it is dated and could use a little help, but it was also a great location. A little over priced for what you get.

My Visa got cloned in the restaurant here.

While dining in the restaurant in the bottom of the hotel someone cloned my Visa when I paid for dinner. I have asked the hotel manager for some compensation for all the headache I have to go through to travel on ferries with no Visa while on holiday and they won't even offer me anything. It was my girlfriends birthday, and she ended up having to pay for us. I also had all my monthly Visa subscription renewals come up and get cancelled on me. They stated they are looking into it, but as a customer I'm not a happy camper, and they should be at least offering me a refund.

Disappointed

While staff tried to make a misbooking right, the room we stayed in was a wiring nightmare. No working plugs for coffee maker. Lamp socket nearly shores out my phone. Burned my fingers.
