Wonderful stay

Posted 20-Oct-2016
Location: We enjoyed the walkable distance to the wharf, the tea rooms, restaurants and sights.
We were in Victoria for a sister's trip and flew in early in the day. The front desk agent was so accommodating and had a great sense of humour. She was able to get us into a room early which really helped start our time off well. Emilio was so helpful with our luggage, car, shuttle service and general knowledge of the city. He even made reservations for us at a restaurant we wanted to go to. The housekeeper assigned was so lovely, she went the extra mile for us too.

Pros: Location, view of the harbour and the great restaurant.
Cons: Option of fresh milk for drinks in the room would have been good
Location: Nice walk to all of downtown on a nice day and next to fisherman so warf
Room very comfortable and well equipped. The restaurant is superb. The use of a convenient curtesy car when the weather is bad is a bonus. Overall a very enjoyable experience

Fall run visit

Posted 14-Oct-2016
Location: Really enjoyed the walk along the inner harbour to the downtown and especially out to Ogden point, loved Craigdon Castle, butchart Gardens, Beacon HIl
We came to Victoria for their fall run. This hotel was a great location, just a short walk to the downtown along the beautiful inner harbour boardwalk. We enjoyed the hotel, nothing fancy, but well run and pleasant staff for a good price. At first we were disappointed to be given a room that did not have a harbour view, but we soon began to appreciate the south facing mountain range morning view. Also enjoyed the nice hot tub and pool with a great view

Great hotel, safe, friendly, great area

Posted 11-Oct-2016
Pros: The location to the wharf and to downtown. The room was updated, a good size and clean. The area was very safe and easy to walk to everything.
Cons: I have never been a fan of the extra charge for parking when you are a hotel guest.
Location: You can walk street side or take the sea wall path to the wharf. This is a pleasant little community of homes on the water, with food and vendors. A+
My husband and I booked this through expedia's 40% off option and were very pleased with the hotel. Not only did we get a really great rate on a busy long weekend but it was super close to the majority of things we wanted to do and see.

Very good hotel in beautiful Victoria

Posted 01-Oct-2016
Pros: Good location.
The hotel is nice and clean. The Harbor suite is spacious, huge balcony/patio with excellent view. The wooden furniture is outdated. The TV set is old and really not reliable; some channels do not work properly. Very small/tiny shower panel with fixed shower head.
