Fantastic Hotel!
The Hotel is lovely. The views are amazing and our room’s balcony overlooked the sea with Napoli in the distance. Capri was in the sunset. I pick a hotel for the bar and Salvatore the barman was a delight. We were there in November and it was quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend.

Very nice property, inconsistent service
Overall very nice place to stay. A little inconsistent in replacing items during housekeeping and charging 7 euro just for water with dinner is a little outrageous. The front desk could be a little better at answering basic questions about Sorrento (for a 5 star hotel - they were fine, but when you're paying $1,500+/night to stay there you expect a little more). An example was getting a straight answer about how the ferries work and the best way to pay for them. The room, property and beach club were all great. We enjoyed snorkeling off their dock.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Enrico, and the whole staff, were amazing and caring and gave great service. We wish we had stayed longer than a few days at this hotel. Sorrento was our favorite city in our 3 week tour of Italy. So much beautiful coastline, islands, boats and swimming.

This is a gorgeous property very close to the historic part of Sorrento. It is elegant with beautiful grounds. The gardens, pool, beach, views are incredible. The rooms are spacious, modern, well appointment, clean, comfortable. The breakfast room & food is fantastic. We opted for half boarding option with breakfast & dinner included. It was one of the best meals of our entire trip. The staff is so attentive & sweet. Everything was perfection. We loved our stay at this property. Our son had a blast at the pool. Highly recommend.

This property’s customer service was next level! The patios, terraces, pool areas, and water front areas were beautifully maintained and incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The walk into town for shopping and food was only a few minutes and felt very safe even late at night.

Great location...only a 5 minute walk to the center of town. The view of the sea from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite large and well appointed. This hotel is 5 stars in every aspect.

The property is in a spectacular and convenient location. Short walking distance to the city center and train and bus station. The terrace view of the gulf and marina piccola are fantastic and invite to a drink at sunset. The dining options are plenty for dinner and breakfast is for every needs and taste including gluten-free options. Rooms comfortable and clean. In summary a great location for your Sorrento stay.

This is truly a classic grand hotel. Friendly staff Clean Accommodations Manicured grounds It is important to note that the facility is on a cliff with stunning views. The flip side is that the water access is a pier accessed by elevator. This is the case with most waterfront locations in Sorrento
