If you don't stop you will be able to thank me. The pictures are like 13 years old and the facility has not been cared for since then. Dirty and falling apart. There is no shuttle to casino across street and down a step slope that is not walkable. There was no food or drink facility, but a circle K gas station between hotel and casino. The one vending machine I saw was stocked with stale items. The linen in my room had blood stains and other things. The room looked as if it was not cleaned. The coffee maker water tank had stuff stuffed in it and growing. The casino no bar open no soda or coffee either. This was horrible pool shut fitness center shut . The place is in need of some management capable of giving the place the tlc and makeover it needs.

Checked in on Friday evening after driving 4 hours. Arrived at 6:30ish and our Room wasn't ready. I even called on Tuesday to confirm our room/reservation. Ladies at front desk were looking everywhere to try and find a room for us. Because we had specific requests. Hotel is across the street from the Casino which is where the dining is. I was unaware of this. Thought that it was all in same building so we had to drive to go eat. The Heritage Buffet was a Disappoint. We arrived around 4 pm , at first we thought they were closed cause it was still a bit early, but clerk said they were open. Paid $30 per person. Order drinks, go to get some food and looked like they had leftovers from lunch and half the buffet wasn't even open. Really don't feel like it was $30 worth.

One side of the bed was broken my husband almost fell off the bed when he sat down this was reported to staff, we also had to ask serval times for clean towels which we never got until we went to the manager, she gave us enough towels for the remainder of our stay, this was not the best, will not book here again.

The beds were terrible. No top sheet on one them. My back is still hurting from the mattress. We had to ask for the floor to be mopped, our shoes were sticking to the bathroom floor. The staff was very nice and courteous but had no control of the control over the state and condition of the hotel. The issue is neglect and failure to keep the facility updated and refreshed.

Don’t look here expecting to have a casino experience. The casino is across the street and there is no shuttle transportation to and from. Hotel staff was average at best, rooms are outdated and dirty.

My check in time was 4pm I came at 8. Room wasn’t ready. Waited an additional hour n a few mins for a room. Never again ! I was given 12 drinks for the wait !

It was not the room that shows on their website or your website. The jacuzzi only had one working jet. The towel rack was hanging off wall. Shower barely worked and could not get in the safe.

we wanted to stay close to the casino, and chose this location. unfortunately, they do not have a shuttle, so we still had to drive to the casino. room was just ok, nothing special. staff at check in were less than ok. staff at check out were an improvement. nice view of the river. easy access to the interstate.

The hotel wasn't worth the price. The first room the bed was broken, the second room the gave us, wasn't the best. Cigarette burn on blanket, dirty toliet, the refrigerator was warm and 1/4 toliet paper roll. In the morning they couldn't serve coffee after 10am as their electricity gave out???? I wont stay here again

First of all, the front desk ladies were very kind and helpful, so this is not a reflection of them at all. The first room we were given was not ready (dirty linens still waded up on the bed, not cleaned etc). The second room smelled SO strongly of cigarettes and floors were dirty. We considered just dealing with it since it’s only one night but then the TV didn’t work either. Luckily the third room they gave us was just fine. It’s definitely an older hotel but the room didn’t stink and was cleaned and in working order.

The room was dusty. The carpet was so dirty my baby’s feet were black. There is no microwave in the room. The bed sounded like it was about the break. I checked out the same night because of my allergies. The lady at the front desk was awesome though!

The entire front desk personally were extremely nice and helpful.Had a disabled daughter with me and all staff members were friendly and accommodating.I am extremely grateful to have stayed there with a great room and great staff all around the place

A little outdated in the room we were staying, but we had been driving all night. We were thankful to be able to find a room available on Thanksgiving. The staff was friendly, and there was fresh hot coffee available in the morning with a variety of flavored creamers. For the price, i was satisfied
