Dear Guest,the reviews are a useful way to describe an experience, and we really appreciate both positive and negative criticisms. We have the opportunity to improve ourselves with constructive criticism, but your review doesn't reflect the reality.We are on Via Faenza which is a central street and there is a big door to enter, we keep the door closed in order to give more privacy at our cozy place.Each apartment has an armored door, the armored doors have a key that is neither abnormal neither giant, it is larger than an ordinary key.The showers in each unit are regular size standard showers, they are not mini showers.Regarding the noise, the owner herself felt sorry for it and she left you her mobile number to contact her at any time. We are able to intervene in case of problems at any time (the emergency numbers are always communicated at check-in). The score you gave us does not reflect the service and structure you found. We wonder if perhaps you misunderstood our answers, but the ticket with Mrs. Carla's personal number was received by you with a witness at her side, who is our reception manager.Best Regards from a working team made by people loving their jobs and the guests' satisfaction

Dear Jamil, we are so sorry and upset to read your review. We don't think to be so unacceptable like you described us.. For the next time that you will want stay in Florence, we suggest you to choose an Hotel with more stars. We are a simple and efficient Residence very confortable. Inside all of our apartments you can find all basic amenties. You wrote severals lies in your rewiev, but maybe you are used to do this... In our apartments there are pillowS, tv, shampoos. The kitchnette was closed, because if you want to use it, there is an extra charge of 25,00€ per stay. If you will read our rewievs about breakfast, the others doesn't think what you assert. If you looking for a luxurious place, there are many others hotels where you can go in Florence, but if you will look for a simple, equipped and clean hotel, we will be happy to hosting here again. Maybe, the next time, you may take some pictures too about what you are writting up. So the people who read can believe in you. Anyway, we remind you that giving us 1 point is unbelievable looking to the other true reviews. Regards,

Dear guest, thank you for your review. We are happy to know that our Reception's Staff has been very helpful. We are sorry to know that the beds weren't comfortable for you, our goal is to reach the customers' satisfaction and we could have done something but we didn't know that you weren't not comfortable. We are in the city center in a ZTL zone and there is no traffic, we have only 2 rooms with street windows,the windows are soundproofed but if you open them it is possible to hear some noises. Regarding the WIFI we have a new generation system, we apologize that we had some problems with it during your stay. We really hope that you will come back here and you could change opinion. We are located in the historical center and the streets are very narrow, we are at guest's disposal in order to help them to enter in our parking. You have stayed in the part of the building without elevator, this part is historical and there are 12 steps to reach the floor, we didn't receive the permission to do an elevator for historical reasons, we apologize. We are sorry for the air conditioning too, but we have had a very cold May and we had to wait to convert the heated in air conditioning. Unfortunatly in Florence there are the mosquitos in this period and every room is equipped with the mosquitos' repellent machine, when you open the window it is possible that some mosquitos come inside, but with the machine usually there is no problem. The stairs are noted in the photos and descriptions and make our environment unique. Each apartment has been created under a Renaissance vault, the stairs allow to double the usable space. All our rooms are finely furnished. If our guests need we have many another pillows, with every softness. Thank you for your review.
