Villa 83 Bis is rented in shared format. You will have access to the villa as well as the outdoor spaces and the waterfront gardens, the swimming pool open and heated in season from May. On the garden level, a studio that can be occupied discreetly by the owner. 4 bedrooms spread over the 3 levels of the villa with exceptional views of the lake: Floor Ground floor: Entrance, dressing room, toilet Living room with panoramic view of the lake and mountains Dining room opening onto a terrace with dining table and panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Open fitted kitchen with bar, pantry with and laundry room opening onto the garage 1st floor : Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 200 cm, balcony, lake and mountain view, dressing room Bathroom 1 Ensuite with sink, shower and WC Bedroom 2: double bed 160 x 200 with balcony overlooking the lake and the mountains Bedroom 3: double bed 160 x 200 with a view of the garden, lake and mountains Bathroom 2: Bathtub, double sink and shower WC 2nd floor; Master Suite: Double bed 180 x 200 with office space, dressing room, lake view, terrace with deck chairs. A very pretty walk along the lake will allow you to walk to the neighboring village of Menthon-Saint-Bernard. Within Veyrier, all local services are available: supermarket, bakery, butcher, florists, café, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors. Annecy is only a few hundred meters away, access facilitated by a recent cycle path along the lake.
