"The house is exactly as listed. My daughter graduated from RIT, seventeen of us traveled from all over New York to be there and celebrate. We arrived to fresh flowers from the property on the kitchen island, and a spotlessly clean interior. Beds are comfortable and bedding was thoughtfully chosen. The kitchen and butler's pantry are well appointed, whatever we needed was there. The owner responded to all messages immediately and checked in to make sure all was well. Everyone had a wonderful time."

"No hot water for shower. Had to shower in ice cold water. Told we’re working on it, maintenance doesn’t come in until 9:30. Unacceptable and no compensation or apology."
