Amazing food quality and service
I want to call out the food quality and taste. The buffet variety was incredible and the food prepared with high quality, fresh ingredients. I really enjoyed my stay. The only issue was the cold temperature in the room. The reception provided us with a heater and that greatly helped to make our stay more comfortable.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. There is a shuttle from the resort to gardaland park which is great! Extra payment was requested for pool towels which is not reasonable.

everything was very good but to be a 4 star hotel there should be conditioner and a better hair dryer. cheaper hotels have better quality hair dryers and conditioners on the room , but beside that everything was very very good

June 30th - July 11th 2022 Our stay wasn’t the usual most would book here for. We wanted to explore around Garda as well as use the theme park for our 4 year old. We stayed for 8 nights using the theme park for 3 of these days. The hotel was a great base, the room spacious and very clean. We had a ground floor room with table and chairs outside which was ideal for nighttime when our child was asleep to have a drink and relax without waking him. The pool area is again very clean and great for the children. With a small bar serving food and drinks throughout the day. The sun beds plentiful and very good with sun shades above the head area. Busy time 4-7pm but it was never busy enough to enjoy thoroughly. The only downfall was the mandatory use of swimming hats which we didn’t have to use anywhere else. And are €5 a pop of you don’t have one. We only used the on site restaurant once as we are not big buffet fans, and we where able to eat out locally every night for the same or cheaper. If you are driving there are some fantastic restaurants within 10 minutes where a family of 3 can eat and drink plenty for €60-€80. Overall we would recommend the hotel. It’s in a great location, the hotel is very clean and spacious and the theme parks great fun. Plenty to do close by with Movieland, caneva water park and of course the lake. A good 4 star facility with plenty of fun for all the family

At the bar stuff was not really friendly. At check in I let them know I had a small dog and I paid in advance the hotel room but at check out they told me I didn’t pay for my dog so I owe with 50!! euro for one night for a 1 kg dog. It’s incredible ridiculous! Breakfast was poor and at pool they are rude and if you don’t bring a headcap for the open pool they make you to buy me for 6 euro /person. The feeling at this hotel is that they go only for the money but in exchange no kindness at all not even if you tip…

Tips on rooms and breakfast
Tips & Review: Very clean, although the eldest of three (Adventure and Magic). Theme rooms (Peppa pig and Princess Castle) are very nice and have 2 queen beds, which is good if you stay with kids in one room. Normal rooms usually have a king bed. Though theme rooms are only a little bigger than normal rooms. Magic and Adventure hotels have much bigger rooms. Breakfast is very basic, with long queues. I would skip next time.

The resort was quite a way from the town, with no shops or public transport nearby. So if you didn't want the food or drink they offered it was a taxi ride into town. Also they closed the swimming pools the day after we arrived, but didn't tell us at check in.

Pleasing: Very polite and friendly staff in the gourmet dining room and there was a wide variety of well-cooked and healthy food options for the guests in main restaurant as well. My child has allergies and ate heartily every day there. Great to have dedicated shuttles to the parks A few amusement options for kids onsite. Disappointing: The slowest check in and out service we have ever experienced in all my years of travel worldwide. We could have travelled back to London and returned and still have been in the same queue position. Pool closed - no warning about this. Ventilation in bedroom terrible and we slept very badly. Asked for a second pillow and was told by cleaning staff that I would have to pay to get one, despite being told otherwise by reception. Had to ask repeatedly for it until one was finally brought up.

Don't buy Tickets at The Hotel !!!!!
We bought at the hotel the Gardaland Park and SEA LIFE Aquarium combined tickets. and pay extra 90 euros to Gardaland Park express tickets , the DIDN'T tell us that this is a consecutive tickets and valid on A specific day when we went to gardaland park on another day the tickets where invalid and we needed to add more money to enter , and the express tickets where no good to that day . at the hotel they said that is my problem and didn't want to return us the money . SO DON'T BUY FROM THEM , only at the site!!! The WIFI at the rooms very slow This hotel is for children under the age of 8 , older children have nothing to do there .

Nice but lacking
The hotel overall is nice, clean and in a good location to gardaland and 10 mins from the lake and the train, I had a lack of amenities and thought that seating areas might be nice since the third floor which we we are staying didn't had a balcony. Regarding the pool we were dissapointed this is the only hotel that require a pool hat, I don't think there should be such restriction on a vacation and if so supply hats don't force to buy them.

Brilliant hotel
Absolutely loved the Gardaland Hotel. Beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff and close to Gardaland. Lake Garda is an amazing place to holiday and staying in Gardaland hotel was the icing on the cake!

Our experience was not good. The place is great and food is good but we didn't have a pool so there wasn't really any attraction for the kids. It was pointed out that on their website it indicated that the pool is closed on off season but it wasn't only any site such as Hotels.com. If we would have known we wouldn't have paid so much money for no attraction in the hotel.

Very good conditions, good food, very clean hotel but very disapointed about staff because most of them don' t know or refuse to speak english so was very hard to comunicate!!! Shame on you for a 4 star hotel!!! Overall was ok!!!

Ideal hotel for access to Gardaland
On arrival reception staff were very pleasant and could converse in multiple languages. Checked in quickly and were directed to our room. Access was good with stairs in the main building, a ramp out the front or a lift also in the main building. Our room was in another building on the second floor also with stair and lift access. Room was clean and well presented with a complimentary bottle of water in the room. We asked for extra pillows and they arrived within 20 minutes.

Family Holiday
This was a lovely and fun hotel. Staff were excellent during our stay and room was cleaned to a very high standard each day. Food at the buffet Wonder restaurant was good. Breakfast was busy and frantic. Would stay again

Nice hotel but small room
Overall nice hotel and good service. The room that we recieved for 4 persons was very small and the TV was a joke 15-17" .

Misleading info. Atmosphere is not great.
The rooms were fine and it's clean and tidy. Shower was good. TV was very small though. Hotel information states access is available to the waterpark for £5 but the hotel don't even know what this is? They suggest it might be the Sealife which can be £5 but only if you pay for Gardaland at £31? Also - breakfast is £15 for adults not £10 as stated. It's a little far from anywhere to walk to get breakfast somewhere else. Prices for everything very high - £10 for £5 each.

Clean comfortable but a bit lacking in atmosphere
Hotel is very comfortable with a great swimming pool. Food is pretty average, but very friendly staff. Very family orientated. Nice bar but no atmosphere, was empty on the few occasions we went, in fact the hotel in general lacked a bit of atmosphere during our stay. Close to gardaland and not too far to the local towns but a bit too far to walk
