Like that we are on the beach so that is really nice! We had fun with the pickleball/tennis courts. Restaurants and grocery store close by. Stayed here several times and will be back

Very clean but no smell of cleaning products. Soft, ample towels. No hair supplies like shampoo or conditioner. Had to personally take inventory of all contents as required by reception. Outdated but sturdy furniture. Kitchen upgraded nicely. Need to caulk both bathrooms and get rid of black grout.Front desk very friendly. Had specific instructions to fill and start dishwasher, place towels in hall and dispose or garbage upon checkout. Whew!!

Thank you for the review of our timeshare resort. Our cleaning products are fragrance free to avoid triggering migraines or other issues caused from scented products. We will look at our practice of providing guests an inventory sheet. Many of our guests request this, however we do not want you to feel as if this is mandatory. Thanks!

Lovely property, plenty of room for 4 adults and a 3 year old. Both bedrooms had a TV and comfortable beds. Master bath was small and dark was only negative. Large screened porch, with 2 entries. Very poor selection of restaurants in the area, we had to drive at least 20 minutes to find anything. Would definitely visit again.

The people running this place make it they are amazing. I wasn’t aware that the noseeums were that bad the first day we were there we had thousands of bites all over us wish we had known we would have sprayed up but spent the rest of the vacation in misery from the bites. The room was super sandy when we got there the floors were very dirty you also couldn’t open the sliding doors or enjoy the beautiful patio because the noseeums would enter the room and the misery started all over again. Would have loved to been able to open the doors and enjoy the fresh air but there was no way. The views were spectacular from what we were able to see we spent all our time at the pool which was very nice and the kids had a lot of fun. For the value it was very nice. The staff again amazing! Top notch

Nice Condo provisions and nice staff! No beach accessories like chairs, and no seaweed cleaning which even the poorest beach units in Mexico manage to clean up daily.

Thank you for the review! You are correct the resort does not provide beach equipment, but there is a third-party vendor that rents 2 loungers and an umbrella on our beach for 20.

Good beachfront location. The units were spacious and well equipped. If you want to speak to someone at checkin, the hours are restrictive (only between 4-5.30pm), but otherwise a decent stay.

Thank you for the review, we appreciate the feedback! Our front desk is open 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and 8am-8pm on Sunday. After hours check-in is done through a lock box, so you would have to visit the counter in the morning.

Great location! You’re right on the beach. Pool is big too. Rooms are spacious and have ocean view. Staff is friendly. While the rooms are spacious, they are old and beat up. Walls have stains on them, paint was sloppily done. Furniture and beds are worn. Our shower door didn’t open. And our refrigerator had stains on the front. There was dust and dirt on the floors and in the corners.

I took time to research where to stay and from the moment when we arrived to the time we left, my wife was ecstatic! The staff was friendly, it was clean, and right on the ocean! Keep the patio doors in the bedroom open at night and listen to the ocean waves!

Had a hiccup with check-in (although hotels.com was quick to offer intervention). Once got into room, we found accommodations to be nice. Access to beach was great. Staff was all very friendly.

Nice, large room and everything we needed! The bed was comfortable and there was room to unpack. We especially liked the large balcony. Our lodging was listed as partial ocean view, but the view was awesome! I was very happy with it! The balcony is screened in, which was new for us. There are pros and cons to screens, but the biggest pro was no insects! We requested a DVD player and one was brought up very quickly. Wonderful service! Very clean. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

The Best Spring Break Ever!
My husband and I took our son on the Spring Break he wanted. He wanted to go fishing and have other outdoor activities. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk down the boardwalk and right at our toes. We went fishing in the InterCostal and also took the motorized Kayak trip. The best part about the whole trip was all of the amazing food and the fact that it was NOT touristy! We WILL be back! My only suggestion was to maybe put a couple of extra kitchen towels and a pizza cutter!

Everything was great at the property. Our only complaint is we wish the bed was more comfortable and up to date. Basically we were gone everyday pretty much all day and just stayed there to sleep.

We were there for 4 days/3 nights. The ocean view from the balcony was magnificent. First morning, the coffee maker in our apartment would not work. Went downstairs and reported it, had a new coffee maker almost the same time that I got back to the room. Fast service. Will most definitely recommend and go to again.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Our unit was one of the cleanest that we've ever stayed in. It is a little outdated, but spacious and very comfortable. We loved being right on the beach and enjoyed the beautiful, safe and quiet location.

Not a bad condo complex at all. Nice sized units, great area. Plenty of parking at complex and low traffic nearby. Beach access is as easy as you'll find anywhere with an outstanding beach. Only complaint was bedding, furniture, and general room upkeep are all lacking. Beds especially need to be replaced.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH VRBO
This was the WORST experience with customer service in my life. Book with the Turtle club reef directly, they will price match Vrbo prices. I needed to adjust our trip by a day due to my pregnancy ans doctors appointments, and tried reaching out for TWO MONTHS prior to our trip. I sent over a dozen messages, spent HOURS on the phone with customer service at Vrbo, and they could do NOTHING to help because apparently Expedia runs this account, NOT the turtle reef club as advertised. I ended up paying for two days we weren’t there because I couldn’t speak to anyone about adjusting the dates. So if you need any slight adjustments, forget about out. If you need to talk to the host or have a question, SURPRISE! There isn’t one. I will NEVER use this app again. 100% PISSED. TELL ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS.

We had a great time. It’s not Mar-a-lago but if you’re looking for an inexpensive, clean place to stay. Hotel staff did show up at 9 when checkout is at 10 and asked us when we were leaving. There isn’t a wifi access point in every condo so connections dropped as people were hunting for the one that was used the least. Overall though it was great. Walks on the beach everyday. Swimming at Jensen Beach was really nice.

A good place to get the vibe and taste of Hutchinson Island. Don't expect the Four Seasons, but if you're into a "simple" beachy escape - this is it. Service and communication was great and location and beach exceeded our expectations.

Roaches ruined a nice stay.
The property was generally nice for the price and kept up well overall. Nice beach views. The area to dump recyclables wasn't too pleasant as it looked like recyclables and garbage were getting mixed up in bins filling to the max. The apartment was neat and appeared clean at first, but....and this is a huge "but" ..the kitchen was infested with baby German roaches and at least a few adult ones. There were a couple of incidents/discoveries that largely ruined the brief stay, especially for my wife, and that I don't wish to relive in detail here. This unit and likely others should get a deep exterminating treatment before other guests occupy the property. This definitely makes me leery of renting a timeshare or somebody's condo again.
