Close to venue that I needed to be running back and forth to all weekend. Delicious breakfast included. Pleasant staff. Main elevators were out of order which was a little less convenient when hauling items back and forth. Kids loved the waterslide and pool!

The pedway that attaches our hotel directly to the Servus Sports Centre is a great feature of our hotel and we are glad you enjoyed the convenience. We do apologize for having only 1 elevator in operation, we understand how bothersome this would have been. We are patiently waiting for the technicians to receive parts and fix the problem. The hotel is very clean and updated, compared to most hotels in Lloydminster. I wish there was a restaurant or bar inside, like Border has, other than that, no qualms. Best hotel in Lloyd, hands down.

This property was very noisy. There were several large groups staying so the running in the hallways was awful. We had the worst room in the hotel. Our room was beside an exit, outside the pool entrance, around the corner from the elevators. I often find we get substandard rooms when booking through outside agencies.

I travel a lot, and this is the first hotel since Covid that cleaned my room between nights. (took garbage, made the bed, freshened towels) Much appreciated!

Day staff was really nice. Hot tub maintenance lasted a full day which was dissapointing. Love the breakfast but the waffle batter seemed to grainy and powdery. Otherwise good stay. Room comfy. No slippers even though we booked a king suite.
