The room was clean but in need of an upgrade. Net curtains shabby, torn and heavy curtains were hanging off curtain rail in places. Staircase carpet dirty. Reception and waiting staff were helpful and professional. Dinner was lovely but breakfast disappointing. Breakfast is served until 9.30am. Came down at 9am and hardly any hot food left, not replenish!

Yes breakfast was good and parking. The reception leaves early and leaves note on door is the only thing we did not like. But clean room once we got it.

"Great stay, arrived late, close to midnight. The night attendant was great checked us in and kept the bat open, for a much needed drink after delays on M25 (as usual) and the 2 hour delay at Le Shuttle. Short stay but would go back for a stop offer when heading into France."
