The villa is located 250 meters from the beach of Suna della Beata Giovannina where you can find a pizzeria / restaurant, aperitif bar with live music in the evening, beach and inflatable games in the lake during the summer. The entrance to the villa is convenient and is directly from the state road SS34. The entrance gate is automated, guests will be provided with a remote control to enter and exit freely. The rear pedestrian entrance on Via Buon Rimedio allows you to reach the town of Suna comfortably on foot in less than 10 minutes, where you can find bars, ice cream shops, bakery, pharmacy, swimming pools and lido. Die eigentümer sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus hat eine super lage mit einem wunderbaren ausblick über den See. Nachts haben wir mit offener balkontüre geschlafen und selbst aus dem bett hatten wir einen super ausblick über den see beleuchtet vom mondschein. Die nahegelegene straße hört man nachts recht stark sowie die nahegelegene strandbar mit musik. Ab 23/24 uhr ist die musik dann meistens aus. Und es gibt sehr viele mücken, die das blut der urlauber kosten wollen. Uns und die kinder haben die Geräusche und mücken nicht so stark gestört und wir hatten einen wunderschönen aufenthalt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und bei eventuellen Problemen (die wir aber nicht hatten) stets erreichbar waren, da sie ein großes Haus auf dem selben Grundstück bewohnen. Es war alles vorhanden (Waschmittel,Shampoo,Geschirrreiniger etc) was man für den täglichen Bedarf so braucht. Alles in Allem ein gelungener und schöner Urlaub, der empfohlen werden kann. Für unseren Dalmatiner war es ein Traum, diese riesige Grünfläche zu erkunden. Im und am Haus fehlt es an nichts. Grill, Wohnküche vollausgestattet, Garage, TV, Klima, großes Schlafzimmer, Bad top eingerichtet, kurzum: alles bestens. Der Blick auf den See und die boromäischen Inseln gleicht einem Roman. Das Grundstück und Haus liegt mit einmaliger Aussicht über den See. Allerdings führt unten die Durchgangsstraße entlang, wodurch man auch etwas den Verkehr hört. Die Zufahrt von der Straße zum Haus ist ziemlich steil, aber sehr gut gepflaster und breit genug, so dass man es mit etwas Schwung problemlos hinauf schafft. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Auch Auflagen für die Liegen und Stühle. Alles ist zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage ist neu und funktioniert tadellos. Man befindet sich in seinem eigenen, sehr gepflegten Park. Für das Auto steht eine großzügige Garage zur Verfügung. Einziger Nachteil an diesem Objekt ist die Lautstärke des Verkehrs entlang des Grundstücks. Da wir sehr viel unterwegs waren, hat uns das nicht so sehr gestört. Wir wurden herzliche empfangen, das Haus und der Garten waren sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht auf den See ist einfach nur fantastisch. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben sich immer nach unserem Wohlergehen erkundigt. Durch einen kurzen Fussmarsch kann Suna über einen guten Weg erreicht werden. Die Umgebung bietet sehr viel. Auch unserem Hund hat es gefallen, auch das Bad im Lago di Mergozzo (Hundestrand). Man kann gut vom Haus aus mit dem Hund spazieren gehen. Was uns auch gefallen hat, war die Klima im Schlafzimmer :-). Bei der Ausfahrt vom Haus auf die Strasse muss etwas Vorsicht und Geduld geboten werden. Man hat einen atemberaubender Ausblick auf den See mit gepflegtem Garten, was für unsere Kids mega Spaß bedeutete. In das Dorf Suna kann man zu Fuß laufen und hat dort alle Möglichkeiten, um zu essen oder den See zu genießen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und war sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt über den Garagen, in einiger Entfernung zur Villa der freundlichen Besitzer, auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück.
