Un gran lugar para llegar con tu mascota, me sorprendió gratamente la atención y que a pesar de que es pet friendly no tiene olores, siempre el staff anda al pendiente de que permanezca limpio. Lo único que no me encanto es el estacionamiento que el techado es pequeño y el otro aunque está muy cerca solo hay que cruzar la calle está al rayo del sol pero nada que no sea tolerable. Muchas gracias a todo el staff por su amabilidad y atención.

Upon arrival I was not offered a complimentary up grade, I had to pay extra for it, and even though I specifically asked if there were different rooms the lady at the front desk just said they weren’t, I found out a bigger room with the bell boy when I got to the room and finally got a master suite, unbelievable

We really like this hotel. We’ve stayed on two occasions, and everything was good both times. Breakfast is delicious, rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very pleasant. Only reason it’s not all excellent on my review is the elevators seem glitchy at times, doesn’t read the key so you have to try a few times; and the temperature of the pool water is way too cold, probably cause the sun isn’t hitting it most of the time. Other than that, excellent!

Servicio lento en el restaurante.
Desafortunadamente en el desayuno del Domingo, pedí un cafe express, la señorita estaba muy extrañada y me comentó que tendría un costo extra, lo cual acepte sin inconvenientes. 20 min despues pregunté por mi cafe y me pregunto si todavía lo quería. le pedí que lo cancelara y trajera mi cuenta. Despues de 10 a 15 minutos esperando que trajeran la cuenta me tuve que poner de pie y la señorita me alcanzó en el elevador con la cuenta diciendo que no había pagado, le contesté; "me da mucha pena hacer esto, pero si yo no me pongo de pie ud no me hubiera traido la cuenta y tal vez... en 10 min mas me hubiera preguntado si todavía quiero o no la cuenta" Por lo demás, el resto del personal fué muy eficiente.

Buena estancia pero cero atención a solicitudes
Envié un mensaje con algunos requerimientos días antes de mi estancia y nunca me respondieron ni tampoco me pudieron poner lo que solicité en la habitación ni me comentaron nada al realizar el check in, simplemente me ignoraron por completo. El hotel es bonito, la habitación impecable y el gimnasio tiene lo indispensable para ejercitarse. En lo personal, solo por el hecho de que no se toman la molestia ni de leer los requerimientos de sus huéspedes, no regresaría.

This is a beautiful, well maintained property. We were lucky to have an ocean view and woke up every morning to a spectacular panoramic view. The only fault I had is that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room like many other international hotels of this level. No place to store snacks or left over dinners. On the first 2 days our swipe key didn't work, but the staff was quite attentive and replaced the key each time.

Just ok
Quick 2 day trip, in all honestly Inuse to like this place more than AC but we have noticed the staff is more tolerable and patient at AC rather than at Indigo. Considering they are is the few pet friendly hotels in the area.

Indigo is a nice stay if you are looking for something comfortable and common. The staff is well trained but we did have an incident where the reception staff was a bit curt and frank with my fiancée reviewing some of the hotel policies.

The only good thing about the place was the bed and bedding, very comfortable and quiet rooms. Poor poor customer service after the check in. Room service expensive and and cant get orders right multiple trips to get orders right. Out of ice in the provided machines the entire 5 days we were there. Water got turned off one day and the next day there was no hot water. To top off my stay i got stuck in the elevator between floors no air circulating very hot no lights until i was able to call the reception to come get me out. No major apology for my mishap they acted as if it happens all the time. Very bad experience
