The hotel itself is ok, service needs more improvement, when I reserved I included breakfast in my reservation and they made us pay, not ok😕!!!

Mr. Muñoz: we apologize directly with you and try to show you our fumigation certificate in the morning. Is not usual at all to find bugs (less between blankets) as you told us, even though we we´re very worried about your report an took special care in your room clean and fumigate again in order to avoid future episodes like this. As you can see in other comments we distinguish for our service, our rooms are simple and clean. Hope to have a new opportunity to serve you.

Close to beach
Hotel was clean, close to beach, staff friendly. However, internet was not secure. No password was needed, so I felt uncomfortable using it

Visiting the Mexican Golfo
First night we reported the failure with the WiFi, next day before to leave the hotel reported again,at my return that night WiFi still not working so I called asking to talk to the manager no success, I was offered to change room instead but I refuse due to the hassle to pack and unpacking so I had to use another room to work with my laptop and go back to my room to sleep over. No hot water in the bathroom sink, pretty old towels.

The place for me
New, safe, convenient (near beach, downtown, night spots, main bus terminal), very clean and functional; otherwise basic (which is what I like). And if I had a hotel, I'd love to have this staff; professional, sharp, courteous but not phoney (yet genuinely warm as you get to know them), and they treat each other very nicely (which says something). !Muchissimas gracias Hotel Delfines! Hard-boiled New Yorker.

my experience at the hotel was fine there was a remodeling of the room next to mine so needless to say there was a lot of noise and banging...I understand and at least they waited till about 9 am to start...

Nice hotel close to ocean
This is a very good hotel for the price. It is about 2 blocks from the Oceanside. There is a good shopping mall close by and tours are available within 2 blocks. The area is very family oriented. I was there during a weekend and there were a lot of family activities occurring by the ocean and around the mall.

Friendly hotel near the Aquarium and beach
I enjoyed staying in this convenient and pleasant hotel. It offered everything I needed for my 3 day stay. Nothing fancy, but clean, quiet, comfortable with very friendly staff. The price is good for the value. Two buses run every few minutes to the center of town, which takes about 7 to 10 minutes. There is also a bus to Boca del Rio which beach is somewhat better than that of the beaches in Veracruz. I did not care much for the city of Veracruz nor for the beaches, but I enjoyed the friendliness of the people.

This is a very basic hotel - the rooms are fairly bare, the furnishings are worn and noise bounces off the tiled floors and walls into the rooms. It does have functioning air conditioning, is fairly close to the malecon and el centro and is in a nice, residential neighborhood. It is a reasonable budget hotel.

I thought the hotel was great fairly close to veracruz attractions,hotel staff was very helpful even helped me book a flight as my Spanish is limited.if I was back in veracruz I would be in this hotel again for sure

Lobby was nice, rooms were clean, bathrooms not so much. There were birds that kept standing on the AC unit outside the window. They should put something to prevent this. There was parking available. Staff was really helpful. It was close to the beach, but not to the main attractions.

Good stop over for a few days
Hotel is clean and 2 blocks from a local beach,and the Aquarium, ten minute or so walk from Zocalo but cabs are inexpensive. Surrounding neighbourhood has seen better days but seems to be improving. Good value for the experienced traveller. Each room has wall mount air conditioner, good on the hot days.

Not worth what you pay for it
The hotel was definitely not worth what I paid for it. The room was poorly furnished. The air conditioning was incredibly noisy. The floor didn't have any rug or carpet to walk on. I would have accepted paying a fourth of what I paid for the room. The staff was quite helpful and nice, nevertheless they didn't behave. Cheering and shouting in the corridors are not suitable for guests. Loud noises also came from the parking spot. You could actually know when someone enter the hotel with a truck or any other kind of vehicle, the echo made you well aware of that.

We were a group of six and just needed a stop over on a 1000k trip from Tuxtla to Mexico City. Choose the triple room at a great price so did not expect much but the hotel was clean the room was big and beds well apart. Plenty of hot water for all six of us. Location was central enough to be close to the main port area but not so close to be too noisy. Parking was covered and secure. There was a problem with our booking as we had changed the date of travel and somehow the cancelation and rebooking bot messed up. The reception staff sorted this out in about 10 minutes and even sent us an email to say sorry. Overall very good and at the price we paid, very good value for money.
