Scary, Old Hotel!!
It is not located in the Outlet Shopping area. It looks like a truck stop. The online pictures do not match the actual hotel room. I walked down a long, dim, outdoor hall to my rrom all the way at the end by an alley way. The room was old and smelly and looked scary. I walked right out and left the hotel. My safety is more important than the money I wasted.

NO HOT WATER!
I don't normally do reviews but I felt like we were tricked into staying the one night we did because they weren't upfront with us about the fact that there was no hot water. Also the toilet which had the nice "Sanitized for your protection" ribbon on it hadn't been flushed - there was still paper in it. The area was sketchy and the walls were paper thin - we heard everything from the neighbors to the freeway all night long. The only thing good about it was that the bed was actually comfy and the folks at the desk were nice if not forthcoming.

The staff were all very kind and the housekeeping did an amazing job with cleaning the rooms each day of our stay. However we were put in a downstairs room built for wheelchair accessibility (neither of us are wheelchair users) right across from the laundry room which was quite loud at times since the staff worked in there throughout the day and into the evening. The shower draining was not ideal, no tub or door since everything was built for accessibility, which was fine only the water did not drain well and spilled into the rest of the bathroom around the toilet. The doors were also quite heavy and difficult to slide/open even for two able-bodied guests. Something to keep in mind. Overall our experience was good, it was near a large plaza which was convenient for food or shopping.

It was just a sad, sad place. There was this ugly piano in the lounge that looked like someone found it out on the street. I play the piano and maybe it plays well, but it was just bizarre. The sign behind the counter with the name was covered with pieces of blue painters tape but didn't appear to be securing it to the wall. The flooring and finish work of the lobby was awful. The room was clean, but the finish work was poor. We had a large size room but this tiny bed that seemed almost like a full but maybe it was a queen. It likely wasn't much more to put a king in versus this small bed. The breakfast items had the lowest quality bagels, muffins, etc. you could find and the waffles were even bad. The coffee was okay. The driveway and parking lot was in disrepair with these odd benches here and there for smokers. The area was depressing as well. The pillows were okay thankfully but like most hotels these days the blankets were not warm enough. This was much lower in price than other places I looked, so maybe this is a case of you get what you pay for, but don't be fooled by the higher reviews online. I hope the owner reads this and invests in some repairs and is more particular about the finish work from their contractor.

We were placed on the bottom floor which I do not like for security reasons. The tv remote didn't work so we had to get a new one. We were near the pool and people were loud out there even past closing time. And people were loud leaving at 5 a.m.! I don't think I got good sleep there at all.
