Very unfriendly front staff person, asked if could check in early he replied with a very harsh impolite answer. I ended uo canceling as the whole area felt unsafe and the rooms did not look nice.

I stay here almost everytime I am in town. The owners treat me great and the rooms are nice and quiet. I wake at 0330 for work so sleeping early with quiet surroundings is a must for me. Thank you TJ

They have a lot of reviews but I could tell you one thing my experience a plus I love the staff everything about it is good big TVs excellent and it's quiet microwave refrigerator overall I like it I sleep all night I highly recommend this hotel

This hotel would have been fine if I paid $50 for a room. Considering I paid $90, I would say spend the extra $10 and stay at a nicer place.

The property needs some major updating of fixtures. The floors were not clean and the bedsheets had stains. The doorframe in the bathroom had water damage, the fridge had rust on the metal hinges. The staff came through wnen the toilet would not fill its tank after flushing by replacing the part that needed to be removed even though it was 9PM.

The bed is horrible and the floors were dirty. I was in Oxnard for only 1 night to attend the Cowboys Training camp and this was the only vacancy. Never again.

The room smelled to cigarette. The curtain and the floor were dirty, as well as the cabinet under the television that had the lamp full of dust and broken.

It was not what it was advertised to be a kitchenette and it was not and the bed was so uncomfortable i slept in my truck i could of saved the money i spent on the room
