Closed location to stores

Management was rude. I had cancel my recervation and made a new one. At the end they charge me for the two recervations. Room was ok, but only half of toilet paper left in the bathroom with no extras.

Poor condition

Posted 27-Jun-2016 on Hotels
Loud neighborhood, loud music all night, the room needs updating and the 30 year child wallpaper border was peeling. The wifi did not work, per other guests as well, the staff was nice, but the hotel was dirty, needs paint new carpet and the towels were all ripped. I have 25 plus year towels at home that were in better condition. The continental breakfast was minimal at best. Maybe a dozen small rolls the first day and 5 or 6 the second day. Was close to a wedding venue. Wont go back!

Good for one night.

This wasn't a very impressive place. The room itself was fairly clean, but the overall condition of the building was very basic. It all felt pretty old; every movement prompted creaking from the floor (we had a 2nd floor room). I was bummed out to see that there was no iron in the room and that we weren't provided with extra towels and toilet paper, as I've appreciated in nicer hotels. They did offer free wifi and hi def TV, so it wasn't entirely lacking. Overall, this was a decent place to stay at, if you're only staying for one night.

Noisy next to freeway on ramp. Room shabby, worn.

Hotel staff were very nice. Hotel badly in need of upgrade. Carpets worn and dirty, mattress worn out. Needs double glazed Windows to block out traffic noise,

Good location

Pros: The staff and location.
Cons: As mentioned, this motel needs a major upgrade all around.
Location: Santa Paula is a great town. Lots of atmosphere with great restaurants and food. Don't miss their Agricultural Museum. Excellent!
The staff was excellent, very helpful, responsive and friendly. Small light continental breakfast was adequate. This motel needs a major upgrade.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows the worst. I wouldn't stay again.
