Fridge didn't work, carpet stained, no decaf coffee in room or lobby, "breakfast" choice of blueberry or banana muffin, towels threadbare, staff unavailable.

What a joke! Not funny!

Had to ask for clean linen upon arrival. Room was musty. Bed was sagging. TV would not work. Had a rusted out refrigerator. Breakfast was a "light breakfast" small muffin, coffee and orange juice. Back door was not secure.

Pros: Rooms included a microwave and a small refrigerator. This would have been really nice with a longer stay.
Cons: Beds were hard. Bathrooms needed maintenance though were clean. Pillows were flimsy.
In our first room, the air conditioning just blew hot air. It was extremely humid. I had brought a small fan, and it was still terrible with it blowing on me. We had to change rooms at 2am because we were just not getting sleep. The second room was workable, but the air conditioner was still pitiful. We set it all the way down to 59 degrees and the room never got cold. I absolutely hate hotels with cheap, unpowerful air conditioners that don't keep rooms cool.

Our stay was fine except the following: Jacuzzi didn't work right. It had bubbles but the water didn't get hot. We heard water running in the wall between where the bed was and the bathroom. It was louder in the bathroom. The remote for the TV only worked when turning the channels. We did report this to the front desk both the day we checked in and when we checked out. Lights came on in the entry to the room and above the bathroom sink whenever something moved. The best thing about the room was that it was large.

Rooms not clean!

The rooms are tired, furniture is used and rough. I found hair I the bathroom sink and shower.There were food chunks on the carpet. Walls had food stains. I was not satisfied with my stay.

This Inn was not the worse place but if you like comfort this is not your place is was clean I hated the motion sensors lights if I got up the lights turned on every time ugh annoying but the room served it's purpose for one night

Just an ok hotel

The pillows have a funky smell and the towels have varying shade of white. Their breakfast have limited choices and they don't have any ice dispenser or vending machines for a quick snack. You have to request for extra towels even if you already declared that there will be two occupants.

Well Santa Paula is no where near the ocean, the location off the CA 126 was convenient. The room was dared and with it's condition it was overpriced for the condition. Would I stay there again unlikely but it is just that I have stayed at much finer hotels.
